Cannot rate highly enough, the team at Advanced Auto squeezed me in for what was a full day job knowing I had an 8 hour drive the next day. 2 of the guys stayed back until after 6pm to ensure I was able to leave the next day. The following morning I had an unrelated issue with my car and they sent a mechanic to me and had me on the road within the hour. They did an amazing job, high quality work all round and the best customer service experience I could possibly have hoped for. Will definitely be back to get some more additions to my hilux with them.

They helped me out with my lithium batteries, got some great advise. Ladies at desk are very friendly. Workshop looks clean and professional. Would recommend to go and have your car fixed.

Was travelling home to Brisbane from our Cape York trip on a Friday afternoon when I had lights on the dash pop up and the car went into limp mode. Advanced Auto made time for us to come in and they were able to use their advanced scan tool and expert knowledge to diagnose the issue - I never would have picked up this issue, had been googling and calling around for hours.

It's not their fault. Accessing parts is not as straightforward as you might think.

Travelling through to Cairns, alternator failed. They got part from Cairns and replaced it within 24 hrs....excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient, thank you.

Late afternoon our delivery truck wouldn't start out on a job. Made a call to see if it was possible to get some one to have a look at it and told a mechanic will be there soon. My guys turn up about 30 mins later, new batteries installed and back on the road with no time wasted. Thank you so much for the absolute best and efficient service. Time is money and good service is gold.

Waste fk time spent 100 on regas air and leaked then told 29 dollor free find issue then said fix pls never call back waste money

We can't express how professional and amazing our experience was with Advanced Auto , we broke down outside of town and they looked at our Coaster the next day. They where able to diagnose the problem within 2 hours and helped with a few other issues once we got on the road again. Brendeen was incredible and had an great deal of knowledge seeings as we have a 1975 Toyota Coaster. The ladys in the office where incredible and made us feel right at home. Best Mechanic/auto electrician in QLD.

Only one brake light working on caravan.work shop was busy but sent out josh to test,found Parker not working as well.installed new lights and was on my way.well done josh.service with a smile by josh his boss (l presume ),and lady in office ,had airconditioned waiting room and TVs if you wanted it.
