Customer service is always amazing. I walk in and always get such a welcoming . Always a string of clothes handed to me whilst in the changing room. My favorite boutique.👏👏

Not one to write reviews but the shop assistant was just so lovely and helpful! Really helped me look for a present for my mother and even wrapped it for me without asking!

Terrible customer service. Shopkeeper barely even acknowledges you when you walk in, doesn't offer assistance or exchange any pleasantries. A little bit of customer service goes a long way - especially when you have two competing stores very close by on Ormond Rd.

When I left I said “thank you have a good day~ “ but she didn’t say anything. Even though she was not busy and no other customers were there. An attitude of passion wins over disrespect. Be wise!
