I visited this store today.. and I was one of those very indecisive customers 🤦‍♀ I was served by Susie and she was just fantastic… she helped me, didn’t get frustrated with me, gave me all the options and was super lovely to chat to!! Thankyou!!! And btw.. Susie I’ve got my bag and jumper home and literally couldn’t be more pleased with my choices!!!! Lovely products.. unique and quality… absolutely love your range!!! I will be back.. and hopefully not as indecisive 😆

This place is an absolute gem in Elwood! The staff are extremely helpful and the gift wrapping is just gorgeous. The store just has such a nice vibe, you can't help but feel happy walking in there. Whether you are looking for a gift, or something for your home (or yourself!) Look no further than this place.

This is my go-to store for gifts. I always find something to suit each friend and can't help but walk out with something for myself most of the time! The customer service is really friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommended.

Inflexible and penny pinching. Great products but can get elsewhere with better customer service. A gift shop that charges for gift wrapping, debit card charges, and a bag when I've spent over $300! I love supporting local but this has taken the cake. Grumpy Swimmer much more community and customer oriented.

Very disappointing experience when I tried to make an exchange today for a gift that needed to be a different size. No flexibility or genuine attempt to try and help find a solution as I had lost my receipt.

The Union Road community is one that supports each other, you guys will get little support with this type of attitude.

Another friend will get this as a gift and you guys have lost yet another customer.

Awful experience today. Went to use my valid credit note and the shop tells me they have changed hands and won’t honour it. Love my village and so disappointed that the shop treats previously loyal customers so poorly. Treating people fairly and running an honest business are fairly basic expectations. Won’t ever go back
