Walter has exceptional customer service skills. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite previously having a hard time trying to get a key programmed, Walter spent hours to make sure the key was programmed correctly.

Walter is a legend with car keys. I had one that Alchin locksmiths couldn't copy, he got it done and not expensive

Excellent service from James today helping me design a plaque I wanted engraved for a memorial photo. Very friendly and efficient and the best multi-tasker I've met in a long time continuing to help other customers all the while treating everyone as a valued customer and completing their jobs within the time frame he gave us all. I needed to have a pair of hiking shoes resolved. The operator pulled off the old ones, cleaned them up, then reglued them with his strongest 💪 glue. Didn't cost too much either. Very happy with his work. More than happy with his service. He has added another couple of years of serviceable life to my footwear.
I couldn't be happier with the work.
I will be back with a pair of work boots to be resoled. I would expect a good job on them too.

Struggled to find someone to help copy gate key until I found this Mister Minit. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell he really cares about his customer. He researched to find the perfect remote for me, provided great advice on how to get it to work and has gone beyond the call of duty by even offering to drop by and set it up for me... highly recommended!

Went in to get my designer bag strap fixed and the staff were friendly and fixed it in about an hour and at such a reasonable price! Thank you
