First time visiting the store and was served by joe who provided excellent service and answered all my questions.

Would recommend the store it has good selection and stock of juice will definitely return (HAVOK by Uwell 👌)

Stuart on online customer service helped me out with a faulty product, credit given when I attended Cheltenham branch in person, was given awesome advice and support. You can tell they truly care about their customer's experiences and happiness.

As a first time buyer I was super nervous as I didn’t know what I was doing, but Emmett was SO lovely and helped me find the perfect piece for me. They are super wonderful and kind, I’ll definitely be back just to see them and get more knowledge (and good vibes!)

Came in the other day and got helped by Emmet, there were super friendly! They knew exactly what I wanted and set me up with a new kit that I'm now obsessed with. Couldn't be more happy, definitely recommend this place, staff is amazing!

The guys are at Cheltenham are amazing! They are helpful and completely understand even the craziest of questions and requests. Coming in as a first timer i was comfortable and they taught me everything i needed to know.
