I had such a wonderful experience shopping here for the first time today! The man at the counter (assuming the owner?) greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and was there to help. The shop had all three items that I was looking for and I even got some amazing advice on Indian cooking which was invaluable. The owner was very kind and generous - he went above and beyond! Thank you!

I disagree with some of the other reviews regarding customer service. The gentleman who owns the shop is extremely friendly and helpful. He's knowledgeable about Indian cuisine and will guide you to find the best product. Me and my family have always had a pleasing experience here.

Found a recipe for khichri and went in search for a few hard to find ingredients. We were met with one of the most helpful and friendliest shop owners we’ve ever come across. He asked what we were cooking and not only knew the recipe but shared his knowledge of the meal and essential ingredients we needed. The ingredients were so affordable too! Thank you so much - we’ll definitely be back :)

This is a great resource for all your Indian Spices, and some others as well. All very reasonably priced. I concur with the other reviewers opinion of the Gentleman that runs the shop. He is indeed a very courteous and helpful person. It's just fine as it is, but if there was a few more Chinese, Japanese and other Asian ingredients then it would be a one stop shop for some great recipes!

This is my happy place. I am a chef and always looking to learn. Whenever I go in here asking about recipes and advise the lovely man who owns it always helps me. Everything is of great quality and the spices are always fresh.

The owner and son are very helpful and cheerful.
The place is clean and full of nice groceries to get.
I also got help on how to cook properly my better chicken.

Such a wonderful little store with the most wonderful, helpful and charming gentleman. We visited this store for the first time today to pick up some pakora mix and he was so helpful and lovely. We will definitely be back

A very clean and well organised spice store. Not that many spice stores around this area - and it stocks almost everything you can imagine . In summary - nice location, lots of amazing products and well maintained.

This place is a treasure. Owner can produce any item in seconds, all the gear is quality and cooking advice is legit and on point. Please open a branch in Mornington haha.

Fresh spices, delicious smells, top quality and sells to professional cooks too. Try the Black Salt in Besan Flour for a stunning pancake fried with sliced green chilli and rolled around squashed avocado.

The only Indian/SE Asian grocery in the area, and it's a good one. The elderly man that runs the place is very friendly, and prices are reasonable.
