I go to the bank daily to get change for work. I normally go into any bank and never have a problem. Expect for this bank which I've had probelms with everytime. Lucky the big 4 are all just around. Walked into ANZ and was out in less than a minute, no questions ask, true proffesionals.

The staff of this place is very unprofessional and dont care at all for the customer . They applied my credit card application without reconfirming with me and it was rejected and now one of the male staff name ( SU****t ) is avoiding to talk with me . Please dont visit this place , go some other branch but not this . I called them they hang up on me several times .BAD SERVICE AND STAFF FROM CAMBERWELL BRANCH. 0 stars ... avoid them there are other branches visit there but not here .
