JB Hi-Fi Camberwell

I have shopped at a number of JB Hi Fi stores and have found this particular store to be one of the better ones. It is well laid out and, as you'll see from the photos I've added here, it has an impressive range of products, you name it, it's got it. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provide excellent customer service.

I was at the store earlier today having some fitbit setup issues. One of the sales staff was extremely patient and helpful. He managed to figure out my issues!! I forgot to get his name but thank you!!!!!

JB Hi-Fi is inside the Camberwell Place Shopping Centre on the lowest level all by itself. Easiest access is via the underground car park, especially if you are buying larger items. Normal range of products, well laid out and brightly lit with clear price labels. Sales people were there without being a nuisance, letting us browse the items we were interested in. It's worth haggling a bit and definetly worth price checking with competitors as they'll price match.

Fantastic experience. This store is roomy and not overcrowded. Lots of walking spaces. All the major brands of smartphones are on display. It is very easy to find what you want and compare with other brands. The best layout of JB Hi-Fi stores that I have visited so far. Also most of the fashionable electronics included smart watches, computers, iPads and smart TV's can be found in this store. There are many DVDs/Blurays and CDs to browse. Shop assistants are friendly and helpful. They even apologized if you wait for a few minutes. So courteous. They try their best to look for what you want. I bought the beautiful Huawei Mate20 Pro Mid-night Blue and its flip open wallet cover. There is a promotional offer of $200 off the sale price of the phone plus free smart watch worth of $399. They are many other bargains to look for.

There are more than 1000 parking spots around JB Hi-Fi in Camberwell Place. Highly recommend to shop in JB Hi-Fi Camberwell. 😉

Was incredibly happy with the service and product I received from Camberwell JB Hi Fi... customer service is not dead despite some companies best efforts; to Matthew who helped me out and gave me great advice about my new laptop, which I'm really pleased with, to the manager who made the transaction possible - to the other friendly staff who were working and made me feel quite welcome, and of course, the security guard who I have a smile and chat with each time I come in - thanks JB - There's a reason why you guys are number 1 for electronics and customer service, keep it up !!!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Easy pickup area for big items like TVs (make sure your vehicle is big enough for that 65” + TV!)

Excellent and friendly customer service both times we came into the store. Staff new the products well. Firstly James, and then two weeks later Nate. Prices were better than anywhere else in Melbourne. It comes as no surprise really that I have been shopping at JB Camberwell for 30 years, and will continue to do so. Cheers guys, until next time. I visited a few weeks ago, purchased a TV, a modem with a plan for WiFi in my home. I am really bad with technology and simply don't understand it, but Ken who served me was so helpful! He was friendly, knowledgeable and funny which made my experience a truly great one.

I couldn't recommend this store enough. All of their staff are fantastic and super friendly.

I had amazing an amazing customer experience from the boy on front today Harry. Super efficient had a good chat, you can tell he really wants to be there and knows his stuff. I would give more stars if I could.

Was served by Hayley shortly before going into lockdown and I cannot commend her more highly. Her customer service was impeccable. Came in to look for TVs and she really went above and beyond. She helped me find an alternative when my desired model was sold out. She helped us to ensure the safe transport of a floor model, rather than have to wait for delivery. She clearly demonstrated her knowledge and expertise in the field and, moreover, did everything she could to ensure a positive customer experience. She deserves some level on commendation at a company level and is an amazing asset to your team.
