Nando's Frankston

A little pricey, but the flavours, presentation, quality, and service are Great 😊👍 So I still recommend them compared to many other options in Frankston.

The vegan salad bowl thing was Awesome! So were the sweet potato chips and the corn was Amazing 🤩

9/04 - whoever was working the kitchen today definitely knew what they were doing. My 1/2 chicken and peri-peri sweet potato fries were scrumptious. I didn't know chicken could be so tender. It's a step up from fast food in price but I think the flavour contends well with upper middle market restaurants that are much more pricey.

Just went to the Frankston store and Tiffany served us and treated us in a really professional and genuine way. She showed us to our seats and asked if there was anything else she could get us as we got our meals. She also said goodbye as we left. Her customer service was amazing, if I got this service at a top restaurant I would be very happy with it! The meals were also delicious and everything was on point! Couldn’t fault it at all! Please send your thanks and appreciation to Tiffany at the Frankston store.

This Nandos was great, the atmosphere was chill and cozy, the food was super good and the spice of the Peri Peri chicken was just right. Something to note is the 1/4 Peri Peri chicken was quite a small serving. The food was served quickly even though the staff was very busy.
This Nandos was great and I would definitely recommend.

Had a Supremo burger for lunch, flavour was amazing, cooked well and friendly service.

Didn’t have regular chicken prepped, however that was no issue. Staff were super friendly and offered a great solution for us. Food came out Quickly and tasted great.

Brilliant service! HEATHER WHAT A STAR! She served all 7 of my crew at 9:30 and they closed at 10pm. Food was on point! Perfectly seasoned chips with the extra perri perri salt I ordered. She reminded me about my loyalty card too . So pleased!! 5 stars to this store!

i have never felt more cultured visiting a resturant. it saved me thousands of dollars on air tickets, time, dodgin the big C (corona virus) it took me back to my days in sunny portugal sadly havnt been back since that poor girl Maddline Mccan went missing! Never the the less one simple visit took me right back to that euphoric feeling of feasting on that succulent juicy spiced chicken!!!

Caters for, if you have a bad back. there booths are perfectly cushioned and supportive for my buldging disks. with great leg space under there oblong wooden tables.

one of my next favourite things about this store is they arent stingy with there condiments. when you ask for some sauce they bring out a whole dish for dipping and endless amounts of serviettes for my messy chops.

and last but not least the staff, they are amazing, because we are such a regular there we know them all now and they are all so friendly efficiant and accomodating. but there is one particular staff member that we need to address, and its the gorgeous man thats perfectly sculpted by god himself, his jaw line is as straight as the eiffel tower. legs the size of a mature tree stumps (we can tell he doesnt skip leg day) he has a battle wound on his face which just makes me weak at the knees as we know eating a whole chicken isnt attractive and its a bit off putting ripping apart a dead carcass of perfectly cooked moist chicken with him in the background whilst trying to stay cute.

Staff were so upbeat and friendly! And all of them were wearing masks which is hard to find! My difficult vegan order was 100% correct and yummy and the venue is very spacious and clean ☺😊

Never had a bad experience with this store, however I’ve never left a review. That all changed when I dined at the store on 11 Jan. The staff were friendly, the food was hot and fresh and just perfect, and the overall vibe was awesome.

Food was beautiful and the customer service was amazing, friendly staff makes the experience much more enjoyable 👍🏽👍🏽

i got cooked on weed after nando's, good for those doinks. but in all honesty good place for food love the chicken cooked perfectly, Leo was the person who served me very fast and cooked my chicken like i said it was cooked perfectly.

Recently found out they offer online ordering! We placed our order online and was able to pick up in about 10mins. Impressed!
Sad they seem to have taken grilled haloumi off the menu though 😔
