Xinjiang Lamian (新疆拉面）

Very impressed with the dumplings of this little restaurant. The noodles were very authentic and well flavored as well. Staff were very helpful especially the mama who seem to run the place. Price was very reasonable for the serving sizes. Definitely worth checking out.

Very nice noodle, not so spicy and big portion. You can order 2 bowls to share for 3 person.

Nice chewy and saucy handmade Signature Noodle with stir fried lamb, onion, wood ear mushroom, and capsicum. Lamb skewers were also a decent portion and juicy.

Unassuming storefront with flavourful dishes. The smells when you walk in prepare you for the tasty hand pulled noodles and lamb skewers. A1 and A2 are definitely recommended. Noodles can be a bit oily on the bottom but otherwise really tasty. The A1 sauce is fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Lamb skewers were tender, fat is beautifully rendered with light lamb fat taste (not too gamey). Noodles were so bouncy - the perfect texture. Everything we ordered was delicious - perfect balance of flavors and spices

This place is like a hidden gem in a busy street. We have been eyeing this noodle place for the longest time and didn’t have the Time to stop by. This is by far one of the best noodle we have tried not to say the lamb skewers: juicy, tender and just the right texture! Their lamb menu is must try, we probably will come back and try their lamb soup noodle.

Found this restaurant just walking randomly. All staff were great and very friendly, very nice pretty and clean place with a simple decor.
Food arrived super quickly. Tried the signature noodle and fried noodle with lamb and the lamb skewers. My boyfriend and I loved it although fried noodles were a tad oily but overall very flavourful, noodles are fresh and nice chewy.
The dishes were very big too (we could only eat half of it). Will come back again with friends.

Had the lamb skewers, lamb with chives noodles, stir fried handmade noodles, and braised eggplant. All 10/10 perfect for this year's Ramadan. The boss is also very very accommodating.

XinJiang noodle shop. Noodles were delicious, of course. Soup good. DaPangJi and kebabs looked promising. Must return to try them. Place was spotlessly clean and check-in scrupulously done. Also open Mondays.

I adore this family owned restaurant. Their dishes are always cooked perfectly, the service is very warm but efficient, the ambience is relaxed and casual. I love the tripe dish, noodles, lamb broth, lamb skewers, lamb dumplings, cucumbers. I have never had a bad dish, and find myself craving their food constantly. It’s lovely that Melbourne gets to have such great and accessible Uyghur cuisine.

This place is so underrated. The noodles are handmade and so good - chewy and firm. Price is very affordable as the portions are generous. Service is friendly and food comes out fairly quick!

Lovely restaurant. Nice and clean. Absolutely delicious food. The noodles and dumplings were very fresh. The lamb was melt off the bone. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Love the noodles! They are nice and chewy. The fried noodles are flavourful, slightly greasy, but generous portions.

I'm not a fan of their lamb pilaf but that's just personal taste.

Lots of lamb dishes which I think it's their speciality.

They don't speak English very well, but the menu is pretty self explanatory.

The texture of the noodles is so bouncy and chewy, nothing compares to the freshness of these daily made noodles and dumplings! Our whole family is hooked ! Highly recommend this restaurant it's one of our favorite place to eat in Melbourne !!

Just tried this place with the missus for lunch , ordered the big pan chicken noodles, the braised beef and potato rice and the lamb skewers, all dishes were great and the portions were big! Quick and efficient service too. Would certainly recommend.

Come here and try the Kebabs and Noodles! You'll be addicted to the lamb kebabs we had 2 plates! The signature noodles were good too with a great tomato flavour and perfect amount of spice.

Love the taste of Xinjiang! My newly found favourite restaurant! The owner is really friendly. The seating environment is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to try the food from Xinjiang 😊

The Lamb skewer with Cumin is so amazing, the best ever that I’ve tried, highly recommended to any lamb lover, it will be addicted!
