Somerville Thai

We thought we would travel away from the usual CBD restaurants to Summerville and a cheeky Thai.

We really enjoyed the food which was varied, full of flavour and just enough punch.

Service was warm, welcoming and made sure we were likely after.

Would come back here again.

Amazing food for a great price. The satay chicken skewers and Pad Mee were excellent.

We went there on the Melbourne cup day a long weekend for lunch, about 8 people in the group so we ordered plenty of dishes. Thank God it wasn't so busy , food was good the Tom yum was pretty authentic. I like the curry the best. Pad Thai was just alright. Menu is as of Oct 2022

The food here is absolutely to die for and the staff are so accommodating.
They were welcoming of our training service dog and very patient with my son.

Was really great. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were great, I had the Satay, it had a fabulous sauce, thick and not too sweet. Other members had stir fry seafoodwith vegies, served in a clay pot. Also chicken and cashews. Very tasty. Would recommend

First-time visitors, we live very close and never thought to try this restaurant. I'm glad we did. The banquet was exceptional. It was very busy, but we had great service. We will be back.

I had a takeaway last time and liked it, so visited for dine in today. I had Prawn salad with chilli lime sauce. It was combind with fresh herbs. It gave me a very refreshing taste.

And also the chicken mince has a great balance of savoury taste. I loved the special taste coming from the thai basil (I think).
If you want some extra kick, you can ask for extra spicy. That's what I did and I really enjoyed it. Steamed rice was fluffy and nice too.

We ended up here tonight as the place we were going to go to was closed and we are so glad we found it ! My husband had Pad Nam Mun Hoy and i had the Massaman curry and both dishes were so delicious and full of flavour!! The curry puffs melted in your nouth. Service was quick. Will definitely be going back here . Best Thai we have had in years !

This is our go to Thai restaurant. It has been the best every time we go there. Will not be going anywhere else

My first time here Have heard that its the best around food was great and plenty of it .im not a spicey eater but the milder was good for me Parking out the front ground level and very popular so perhaps ring and book Enjoy

Tasty food and huge portions - everyone in the restaurant including us were leaving with containers. We love the value for money.

First time here tonight. We were really impressed! We had banquet B and everything was delicious and the servings were very generous 😋. The waiter was very friendly and he did an excellent job! We recommend this restaurant 👌.

One of our families regular takeaway joints in Somerville. Great food and timely service. Never stayed to eat in but it looks cozy and has a nice atmosphere when I walk in.

Somerville Thai is one of our favourites. The food is great. However we usually prefer to get take away because if you eat in during busy periods, it can be really loud making it difficult to hear the person/people you're there with.

Love this place..great food,always on time for take away and a discount if you bring cash!
