Apulia Grove Olives

The guys at Apulia are fantastic. We have processed our olives with them twice now with different outcomes in yields. Ceilidh is great to deal with, full of knowledge. Their service of small batch processing is appreciated. And when we have run out of our own oil their olive oil product is outstanding quality. Highly recommended.

Ceilidh and Charles at Apulia Grove Olives have been great to deal with. We have been growing olives for many years, and when we had enough olives to make oil we had trouble finding out how to press our olives to make oil. Fortunately we found Apulia Grove Olives, and they are willing to press relatively small quantities of olives - between 60 - 200 kg. In 2021 we took them 160 kg, in 2022 we took 180 kg of olives, and this year we took them 178 kg of olives. They pressed the olives for us, and the olive oil produced is excellent! It is very satisfying to know that we grew the olives ourselves! Ceilidh and Charles at Apulia Grove Olives are very good to deal with, and have provided us with lots of friendly advice regarding olive production. If you want olives pressed, and you have between 60 - 200 kg we strongly recommend Apulia Grove Olives!

Ceilidh and Charles at Apulia Olives are so helpful and knowledgeable about olives and share information to guide you in the harvesting your olives, both timing and technique. They have pressed our olives for 3 years now and have pressed the most wonderful oil, with excellent yields. I strongly recommend Apulia for small batch processing and they support you all the way with your olives.

Learned a lot of olive oil processing through the FAQ page on their website. Very helpful for us newbie’s, having just a few trees. Just everything I needed to know on one page, a real relief finding this. It was a fun and rewarding experience and we look forward to come back next year.

The warmth, community initiative of collecting oil from many of us small olive owners is so appreciated, and the administration and instructions for collection and storage of the oil was clear and fantastically educational, ensuring that olive donations were hygienic and disease and fungus free. Ensuring the quality of the product will be fruity with many varied stages of olive maturity colour, type and size.What a wonderful yield and helpfulness in providing baskets to transport the olives the distance to the press. Celidah was very skilled and methodical, recording carefully each person's weight contribution and asking good questions to check quality before receiving the many people's donations. Many thanks Kaylee for your efficiency and nothing was too much trouble. I look forward with hope and excitement to trying our very own community pressed olives!! So exciting, when I had lost hope of ever being able to process my small 11kg amount when most pressers accept 50kg and upwards, only. This initiative values community!! Many many thanks!! Ceilidh and Charles are so community minded. They are just so helpful. I am very grateful I found them as they are willing to give me so much support with my small olive grove. I am also waiting with great excitement for my first lot of olive oil.

Ceilidh and Charles have been so friendly and super helpful for us in our first year of harvesting olives from our very small grove. Due to COVID and pesky cockatoos swooping in around the same time, we lost a lot of our harvest but luckily Ceilidh and Charles came to the rescue and suggested we could combine with another grower to get to the minimum 50kg. I am so excited to receive our olive oil and reap the rewards of harvest! I have learnt so much already - including from Apulia's very handy FAQs - and look forward to working with them next year.
