Seaton Vet Centre

The excellent service I have received from the whole team at Seaton Vet Centre has truly impressed me. I've really appreciated their empathy and kindness, which is important when an owner is trying to navigate their pet through an unfamiliar process like canine orthopaedic surgery. My sincere and heartfelt thanks to those members of staff who have recently gone above and beyond to help me and my old, anxious, and arthritic rescue dog. The procedure will hopefully extend her life and allow her to enjoy her last years in relative comfort. Thank you again! :)

My dog Escher had to have major dental surgery which made me terrified (pain and finances). I was given an estimate that they kept even though the surgery went over the estimate. Lovely caring staff that made me feel like a decent fur mum even though I felt terrible about Escher's problems. 10/10 -port Adelaide veterinary clinic not Seaton

What can I say about Dr Sam & the wonderful team of both Vets & Vet Nurses at Seaton Vets - they are AMAZING! I truly don’t know what we'd do without them! They are knowledgeable, caring & kind. Always striving for continuity which I find invaluable as my beloved cat is a complicated case with multiple health conditions & many vets visits under his belt, so it’s very re-assuring to both him & me that they take the time to know him well, & have an excellent flow of communication between the Mega Team.
My dog also loves them & starts squeaking in excitement as we arrive in the car! All good signs of an excellent group of people working well together as a Team, giving our precious fur-babes the best care.

Always so impressed by the Seaton and Findon clinics, they are so supportive and patient with my reactive dog. Their prices are also reasonable. They have the best veterinary and veterinary nursing staff!

Fantastic vets and vet nurses. Genuine care for my cat (and our family) in the last stages of his life. Excellent communication about appointments and great availability.

Yesterday my 5 month old Frenchie got into our pantry and ate half a bag of trail mix which has raisins in it, which are highly toxic for dogs. I called Seaton vet and they made an appointment for me straight away and took her in. They were able to retrieve it all before it got further into her system ! The staff were so kind and professional. Couldn’t speak more highly of the team ! Thank you for saving little Sahara . 🙂

I have had many experiences with Seaton Vet Centre and they have all been very positive. Their prices are very reasonable for vet care. Their vets and staff are very knowledgeable and we are always greeted with good customer service.

They have a Puppy School program which is great for to learn basics about dog care and a few tricks, it is also very affordable.

One of the biggest highlights for me and my pup was definitely the Puppy Socials on Saturday. It is a 45 minute play session for puppies under 16 weeks which is supervised in a controlled environment. It teaches them to be social and have a good play and run around. My puppy absolutely loved it and was always exhausted afterwards. They also take photos and now and again they manage to get them still for one (see picture of my pup below) Its an absolute bargain at $10 per session. Definitely can recommend Seaton Vet Centre to everyone 😊

Lovely ladies behind the counter. We were taken in right away with our emergency call for our cockatiel Archie that flew into our glass door, and his chest started bleeding. We had a lovely avian vet atted to Archie, and she was very calm and patient.. calmed our nerves, lol. We're happy to have found a good avian vet. We're from Noarlunga Downs, and it's worth the long drive down to Seaton. ❣

Special thanks to Dr Gareth and the Wonderful Team of Nursing Staff at Seaton Vets. Our girl Luna had her ACL operation there. I cannot express how wonderful they have been and also supportive with all of her recovery queries. 🐾🐾❤‍🩹THANK YOU

Friendly staff that actually like animals. Segregated areas for dogs and cats which is a great idea.
Reasonably priced for my dog's particular operation. After operation calls daily to check on my dog .Great service highly recommend

They are great, thorough check up on my precious, but no afterpay. Pity. Hope they get connected to afterpay.

On Sat 27/5 I had to return to Seaton Vet with my little cat Tippy. Sadly it was for final time & euthanasia.

Tippy had been ill for several months & received excellent care from Seaton Vet. She returned for blood levels & medication, but after another month she got very lethargic quite quickly, & I knew she had had enough.

As with my previous VERY OLD white cat, Sparky, the staff were again wonderful.
They were very understanding & let me hold Tippy close through the procedure. I'd already told them Tippy was going home for burial with her old friends (although they did offer cremation service & urns if I'd wanted the option).

They very kindly helped wrap her in cloth I'd brought for the purpose, & I was able to take my poor girl home to finally be at rest.

All staff have been lovely, & as my friend had his dog with him, they even made space in their kennel for her, so he could be with me & Tippy. That made things much less stressful for all of us.

Since we first discovered Tippy's hyperthyroid problem, Seaton Vet have helped us with as much information as possible. And when I needed to check with them about Tippy's reactions to the meds, they were patient with my phone calls, & quick to speak to Vets & get them to call me back.

I can't speak highly enough of this Vet clinic (& their nearby Findon clinic too). Any time my cats need help, Seaton Vet will be the first place I call.

I'll post pics of the 2 lovely fur kids that have been assisted right to the end of their 17+ years (they lived long & well).

Dr Sam and her team are AWESOME. My older boy Noah was in her care but sadly passed away in February 2022. She was so caring towards my Husband Mark and myself at the time of his passing. She is now looking after my new dog a PURE Boston Terrier. Thank you Dr Sam. Jazzy, Bonnie and I are so grateful for everything that you do for us ❤

They were so helpful and also affordable

Have been coming here for a couple years with our golden retriever since he was a puppy and we have always had a great experience. He loves the staff and they are so patient with his excited rambunctious self. They have a really generous policy where they do not charge for consultations if there is no issue so for a first time puppy mum, this was invaluable and I’m blown away by their kindness. We are just so lucky to live so close. Thank you for being such a wonderful vet!

I just went here for the first time today. The staff are super friendly and treat both cats and dogs with the individual/ specific care they need. We had a check-up for our cats vitals/ general health and bloods taken which came to $265. This is a very reasonable price, considering most places appear over $300. The veterinarian we spoke with handled Roku with care and ease. Communicated in a way that simplified and fully explained my cats health needs and the exams required. I was absolutely impressed. This will be my local vet from now on.

This was our first visit here and we were very impressed with Dr Tindal. She took her time with each of our 3 chickens and was very thorough. She is very personable and treated us and our chickens with respect, kindness and good humour. She explained everything and gave us good advice. Would recommend her.

Always welcoming, and always genuine care and concern for your animals. Molly (Vet) was wonderful with my cat (Ashe) yesterday. Brought her in to have a small area of her fur shaved. Came back to me very content, and was purring on the way out. Thank you, and well done.

I've been bringing my pet babies here for many years and will continue to do so.
The staff are absolutely fantastic with all that they do!
