It was an overall great and smooth transaction coz of the help of Ms. Desiree Rivera who was very professional and was able to assist us all the way. The manner how she compose herself and way she tries to explain to us the policies, procedures and the expectations was clearly specified and run through us point by point which makes us to understand fully how it works being 1st time banking experience in Hedland. Not to mention that she is approachable whenever i have questions with regards to my account.
