We had issues with our caravan fridge whilst lapping Australia and were squeezed in on the day. Christie was fabulous over the phone. She had a good idea of what was wrong even before we arrived. Excellent customer service. Not once were we made to feel like we were a bother. Skye, who was also a pleasure to deal with, found the problem within 10-15 mins and had us on our way again.
Other companies have left us feeling fobbed off and uneasy about their workmanship, but I would HIGHLY recommend these guys👍

We are super-impressed with this business. At short notice Andy said it was fine to swing by for them to look at our caravan. Andy and Skye both went above and beyond to help us and we were back on the road in no time. They were very friendly and offered lots of welcome advice and suggestions. Thank you so much.

Brendan and his team got us travellers back on the road same-day after we had an issue with the isolation switch on our inverter/battery. Couldn’t be more grateful for Brendan’s good humour and good nature. Very grateful we found them on Google!

We have an ex Britz 2015 Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome and the house batteries weren't charging from the engine. Spoke to Andrew on the phone re arriving in Port Hedland the next day. He explained they were really busy but to call in and they would look at it.
We were over the moon with the quick fix and staggered and feel a bit guilty at the charge for parts and labour. Cannot recommend more highly this extremely friendly and accommodating business. Thanks again.

We came to the store without contacting them first. we were in a hurry because the two secondary batteries of our campervan were no longer charging. Our problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. Thanks a lot !

Can't speak more highly of these guys, we had a new caravan fridge installed in Broome only to wake up with flat batteries. Couldn't get help in Broome so drove to port hedland where these guys saw us straight away, tested and checked the wiring & batteries explained how it all worked, installed 2 new batteries and explained how best to look after them and we were good to go. Also, had a look at our car aircon that had not been working, cleaned all the dust and dirt out of the condensor No additional charge. In addition to all of this Andrew, said if we had any question to not hesitate to call him. Best service we've received in our travels highly recommend! Thanks again Sharon & Chris

These guys (and girls ) are THE best auto elecs i have come across full stop . Went above and way beyond for myself and my family when i was travelling through getting straight onto a last minute lithium from agm swapover on my caravan starting the job on a friday allowing myself and family to stay in the yard and tidy the rest of the job up on saturday morning thankyou all we are travelling with full power and no problems cant recommend this company any more

We had a problem with losing all 12v power in our motor home. Thankfully Christie came to the rescue. She diagnosed the fault and came up with a solution that will allow us 12v power for the rest of our journey home. We appreciate that she took the time even though they are extremely busy.

These guys were outstanding! I would highly recommend. We called in when passing through Hedland as we had issues with a DCDC charger. These guys fixed it within the hour and we were back on the road. Very reasonable price and outstanding service.

Can't thank you enough Hedland Auto Electrics. Above and beyond helpful. I rolled in Engel not working on 12v and rolled out a few minutes later all fixed and with a new multi meter that was cheaper than the big nationally recognised store in town! Now I totally get why you were recommended to me. Thanks Brendan you were a life saver

Great service, i had to send the mrs in to pick up a new car battery, called ahead and old mate had it ready to go when my wife got there, loaded it into the boot for her and was alot cheaper than competitors. Cheers guys!
