The Walkabout Hotel

Stopped in for a beer on the way through Port Hedland and really liked this place. They had a great range of beers on tap, plenty of screens showing sports, pool tables, and TAB. The bar looks amazing and the service was great. Food looked excellent, especially the pizzas, though I didn’t order anything myself. Great outdoor area too.

Really big servings here for lunch. Three of us had the Chicken Parma and we struggled to finish, with the steak sandwich meal was hefty too. Quality of food is good, plenty of seating spaces as well as a kids area. Plenty of beers on tap and lots of sports being shown at all times.

Love this place, especially the bar maids. I think her name is Amy, a really nice person, and bounce good vibes. I missed the Halloween party but I herd it was excellent 👌 give it a go it's worth while

Great atmosphere, awesome vibe, good music, great food, plenty of screens to watch whatever is going.
Plenty of room to chill out and relax. Prices are pretty reasonable too

Great norwest pub. Staff are prompt and courteous. Food is great pub grub, drinks cold and you’ll always find a reason to smile. Pool tables and sport televised.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today. Steak Sanga and a chicken burger. Both delicious.

Loved the music playing. And loved the general feel of the pub. I’d love to have seen it in full swing on a Saturday night!

Great food and service.
Music was a tad loud .. which with the solid stone walls makes it very loud. Still a good place to eat and the service is always awesome 😊

Meal chicken parmi was huge. Well worth the money. Beer was nice and cold. GrandKids loved the play equipment. The walkie looks great now very inviting. Well done management 🍻👍

Great Aussie Pub. It's a big pub with many areas to explore. Excellent pub food plus a sports bar and outdoor drinking area.

Their pool looks enticing on the 40C days.

Fast and friendly service with a separate dining area. Races and sports are available to watch on the many large TVs in the sports bar with plenty of seating.

Pool tables and competitions are popular also.

Entertainment includes bands karaoke some nights.

Always speedy service. They have a great pub menu plus yum food specials.

Lots of accommodation out back older style but clean.

Food was great , the beers cold & the staff are friendly & provided great service. Menu is very good & varied. There's decent pool tables & the beer garden is big ( can get busy on special events). So all in all a great joint.

Good place for a dinner and a pint or two. There are two pool tables, and if you are dinning with kids. There is a separate menu section for the kids, and there is a children's play room to keep them occupied. I would recommend the T-bone steak that is served here, could do a bit more about the sides and the veggies. But I'll be honest. I go there for the whopping 600g steak and a cold pint to go with it, so I'm not really bothered. Check it out to see how you like it. (Sorry haven't got photos. Didn't think of taking photos. Order at the counter style but food was delishes. Family friendly but smokers area outside. Haven't tried out the kids playground area yet due to private function but definitely a great add on for families
