Buchan Caves Hotel

Warm and inviting hotel. Friendly staff and locals, and great food. We had to come back a second night! Also dog friendly on the deck.

Awesome food, decent size servings too, I couldn't quite get through the third plate of food.. 😂

(apparently they were impressed with just how much I did eat though - I love my food, and it shows).

Loved it! Great little country town pub. Great service, excellent food and views are stunning. Plenty of options for dining in or out. Reasonable prices throughout the whole menu. Can't wait to visit again

The hotel is split into two sections, the bistro and the bar. The bistro chips were delicious! I didn't get a photo of them because I was too busy eating. For the price, they were quite well portioned so I could barely finish them. We were sat at a table 'Reserved for Brayden' but Brayden never showed up. Overall, I had a great experience there and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to drop by for a meal.

Cosy & friendly country pub, with delicious food.

Staff are all friendly and welcoming, and sitting outside on the beautiful verandah overlooking the rolling green hills of Buchan is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Buchan Burger is sensational, as is the chicken in creamy garlic sauce with prawns and bacon.

Massive serving so bring an empty stomach! Owner and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Service was quick and food was delicious - just good value, fair dinkum aussie pub food at its finest!

One of the few places that will stick with me forever, perfect for dinner. Super friendly staff & a good simple menu, drinks are good for the price. I don't give 5 stars lightly, this place is the exception. Beautiful outdoor/ indoor dining.

I would definitely recommend the Buchan Hotel, if you are coming ro see the Buchan caves or travelling along the Barry way . The hospitality is fantastic, and the food is sensational, as good as anything you would get in the city, great atmosphere nestled in the foothills of the snowy mountains. would definitely come here again. 😁👍
