DONT LISTEN TO NILDA !!! First of all the ladies on the phone Harleen and Michelle are incredible! Lovely and warm, easy to talk to and extremely good at their job! They helped my with my hire car, they offered services I hadn’t even heard about and were so comforting when the accident had occurred! I will not recommend anyone higher than this place! My car looks brand new now thank you so much! oh and my car was an absolute wreck, it was horrendously filthy inside and out and they cleaned it for me!!!! JUST THE BEST!!!

Went above and beyond in repairing my car.
Was damaged by a malfunctioning apartment gate. Body corporate was being incredibly difficult in accepting responsibility. Essendon panels wents above and beyond in assisting me to ensure it was paid for and the repair was to the best quality possible. No hesitation recommending them to anyone and will definitely going back if I ever need too.

I had an issue in my car with the front bumper, I took to few other panel beaters they quoted me some prices, when I took it to them he just put one bolt and said done and I asked for money the owner said it is free. For me it was unbelievable because some panel beaters quoted me 100 to 200 $. But her receptionist is little cheeky she wanted to charge me 20 bucks but owners said for one bolt we will not charge. But no complaints against receptionist as its her job.

We opted for Essendon Panels (EP) due to the consistently solid reviews they received and we are glad we did. We had a challenging time dealing with our insurer around our repairs, a process made easier by our having EP in our corner. At all times they went into bat for us and what was best for our circumstances with our insurer, and we were able to get our car repaired and restored where elsewhere it may have been (unnecessarily) written off. The team were professional, transparent around the work and timeframes, communicated clearly, and most importantly restored our car to good as new. Can't recommend them enough.

Although Ess Panels are local I would drive across the city or the state even to get service from these guys, in particular Christian and Arlene who have helped a great deal. Could not be more happy with the service at Essendon Panels! The repairs were done one time and very professionally. The service was impeccable. Friendly and customer focused, they went above and beyond the average car repairs. My car was cleaned and they even fixed my broken side mirror! I could not rate this place high enough.

I used Essendon Panels roughly 6 months ago after a minor collision.

This company has absolutely earned the awards it has received and couldn't recommend them enough, here is why:

1. The operations manager (Michelle) has also earned her awards. Michelle is the embodiment of good customer service and personally handled my queries, concerns and helped organise my repair.

2. Workmanship was top notch, if anything the repaired side looks better than the non repaired side and the repair still looks brand new 6 months down the line.

3. Pricing was very competitive with a full labour cost breakdown. I got quite a few quotes and Essendon Panels was the best.

4. The repair person (Niel) who handled my vehicle was honest, straightforward and helpful.

5. I was offered a hire car at a good rate, making the process convenient (as convenient as these sorts of incidents can be).

6. They have a pretty neat online feature that makes it easy for them to give you a rough appraisal of your cars damage online.

The crew at Essendon Panels took care of me from the moment I walked into their office. The women in the office were professional, competent and helpful. They helped take the stress out of my experience after being rear ended.
They took care of me then all the hassle of the legal stuff.
I picked up my car today and the repair was excellent. I was so pleased. The car had also been detailed! What wonderful service.
