I called in to purchase some windscreen wipers for my vehicle and was pleased to find that Not only the parts which suit my vehicle were available but also found it easy to source the parts due to the fact that I’m a registered member of the supercheap auto customer smart phone App. I’ve registered all my vehicles in my membership by simply using my car’s registration. The app automatically provides the year model and make of my car and any other details required just by providing the registration plate number.

On the Saturday when I dropped into the store to purchase the windscreen wipers they were running a one day sale which meant everything in the store was discounted ... obviously a very good bargain, considering the store has reasonably priced items already.

Great access to this store with plenty of parking out in the front car park, street parking, and also rear roof top parking. There is also a short two minute walk to the Strathmore Railway station.

The Essendon Supercheap staff were an absolute joy to deal with and made me a customer for life yesterday. Amanda recommended the perfect products for me, and Mo was an absolute legend getting the fitment done, even though it proved tricky! It was my first time visiting the store and I'm certain to be back.

Emil was one of the most friendliest and helpful assistants. He was able to change my brake light with a smile and good old fashioned service. Highly recommend the store and the workers 10/10.

Went into the Essendon store today, as halogen headlight globes l'd bought 10 months ago had blown. Spoke with Scott who had no problem in exchanging. I asked to replace with LED globes so they'd last longer. Scott gave me great technical advise on the pros and cons. Specific detailed info. So grateful and really appreciate good old fashion service and advice, which is so rare these days.

The staff member who helped me ( guy wearing a fluoro rain jacket) was superb. Very friendly and helpful, and was quickly able to assist me in sorting out the two items that I needed to patch up my car. Will shop here again!

All good. The young man found and fitted the parking light globe for us then found the gas struts for the front bonnet. Excellent service.

I was looking for coolant & had no idea which one too buy. Salesperson, a young lady was extremely helpful, polite & willing to spend the time with me. I did take her advice & went with the product she recommended, she was knowledgeable & professional.

I was so happy with my purchase & customer service provided. Not rushed at all.

Ordered online for Click and Collect but didn't realise I'd made a mistake with an item I ordered, the staff were helpful and friendly, and quickly got me sorted.

I left feeling satisfied and a bit more knowledgeable.

I went to Supercheap Auto as I needed the brake light globe replaced. Matthew was really helpful. He was able to locate the correct globe and also explained to me how to replace it. Fantastic customer service.

Bought some window wipers and the young lady that served us was kind enough to fit them on.
