Amazing store, such an excellently curated collection of beautiful things and the staff are obviously very passionate about what they’re doing. If you like classic hiking & workwear or fresher takes on tailoring and street wear then it’s worth a visit.

Received my beautiful Cote & Ciel bag within two days and received a nice card from staff. Havn has the best quality range and customer service to match. Highly recommended :)

Browsed through this store on Sunday afternoon and just loved the experience. HAVN stocks quality, hard to find awesome labels and clothing brands. I really love the Karhu footwear line. All round fantastic collections coupled with excellent staff providing top class customer service. Highly recommended.

Great store with loads of walking gear, just what you need for a cold day for a coffee in Fitzroy. Jokes aside, staff were great. Bought some trainers from here and they are really smart. They have some good sales from time to time too. One thing I really like is their selection of caps too.

Visual merchandising on point here! Great selection of amazing brands, displayed in a way you can really look at them. Accessories, shoes and clothing galore. Customer service was excellent as well, staff were attentive and very helpful. Keep up the great work.

For the very first time I purchased a camping chair from a shop, I had not had dealings with previously. I had found the product online and it was more convenient to purchase it online, rather than travel to Fitzroy, from the Mornington Peninsula.
I phoned Havn and spoke with Mia who was extremely helpful. After her critique on the camping chair, I decided I really wanted to purchase it. Mia assisted me with that process online.The chair arrived the very next day and was excellent quality!!
I also made a follow-up phone call to Havn, re
assembling the chair and was ably assisted by Jasper.

Recently bought a topo designs backpack from HAVN as an early Christmas present for my partner. It was much too big for her but the guys at HAVN were extremely helpful to find the perfect bag and exchange it. Excellent service in a unique part of the city. Worth a visit if anywhere nearby even just for the atmosphere.

The customer service of the team at HAVN is unreal. I online ordered an item early one morning which I needed for the very next day. The team did everything they could to process the order quickly and have it sent out by express post. They even gave me delivery updates along the way! Nothing was too hard for the team at HAVN and I received the item in time. The product is very good quality and was packaged up nicely upon arrival. Can't recommend this small, local business enough!

Very high quality timeless merchandise that took me by surprise .its a small little shop but what immediately appealed to me was the warm welcome from Sam who was engaging but also not in your face so you could shop and relax .very genuine and sincere service that will make me look forward to next visit .

As a fan of Karhu it is great to see a store in Australia stocking so much of their stuff. Purchased a pair of shoes which were sent up to Sydney super quick. Would happily come back again.

Ordered some quality beanies, when they didn't arrive on time (during Covid19) there ended up being some issue on AustPost's end but I had some amazing customer service from HAVN who resolved the issue right away. Amazing service which I really appreciated at a time of stress!

I usually don’t write reviews but was so pleased with my recent buying experience at Havn, that I felt compelled to do so. I live in the U.S. and had not heard of Havn until I did a search for And Wander... a Japanese clothing brand carried by a handful of merchants outside of Japan. In fact I know of only 1 store in the U.S. and a few in the U.K. who carry this label. When I saw the great variety of AW available at Havn I was thrilled. Usually the few merchants who carry AW have only a few items available.

Prior to placing an order I sent a few emails to Havn with specific questions, since returning an item to Australia would be prohibitively expensive. All of my emails were promptly answered by James, a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman. After placing my order I was amazed at how quickly my purchase arrived. James’ sizing advice was spot on. I will definitely remain a Havn customer. I highly recommend this merchant any reservation!

Awesome business!, bought some items online. They stock items from some awesome clothing brands that are normally extremely hard to find in Australia . Definitely going to be stopping by in person sometime.
