The best Vietnamese comfort food restaurant in Altona! You are welcomed by kind hearted staffs and a lot of hard work has gone into their menu, you can tell that the food is made from the heart as you take into each bite.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat at quiet warm cozy restaurant and want a little nostalgia of your mamas cooking <3

After living in the area for 5 months, we finally visited this little treasure. We ordered some spring rolls (try the saigon spring rolls,super yum) salt pepper squid and some fried rice as we weren't very hungry, but all was superb. What set this simple little eatery apart however was the super lovely staff. Will definitely be going again with a bigger appetite

Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. A clean cosy little family run restaurant. Its licensed and they do take away. Plenty of menu choices. Dishes can be altered to suit individual needs re food allergies andctasts preferences.

Been going here since I was a kid. Food is absolutely amazing, I've tried at least half of the menu. Prices are good and the customer service is great. It does get a little busy but it really feels like a proper local Vietnamese restaurant. Will recommend this to anyone. Also, try the sizzling beef 😍😍😍

My Masonic friends funeral today introduced me to the Saigon Sun in Altona, one of his favourites. We had Peters favourite Sizzling Duck and it lived up to the hype. We will definitely be back.
