Mr Bratwurst

Absolutely delicious bratwurst. Warm and super juicy. The cheese kransky was a little drier than I thought but taste-wise, delicious. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

German bratwurst here is the best, cooked to order and served on freshly toasted buns. Right here in Prahran market.

Chilli cheese kransky with added cheese in unreal. The way it is all cooked is interesting and I like that the guy uses a meat thermometer to ensure quality.

We had the kransky hot dog with onion and sauerkraut and OHMYGOD it was bomb! I like this one the best out of all the markets bratwurst! So much Smokey flavor and the guy makes sure every sausage is cooked to perfection!

Super delicious, even got a pack home

Me and my partner, we ordered Spanish Chorizo and Kransky, they were sooooooo good! It really made our day to have such a simple food made so good! What amazed me as well, the man (I’m assuming the owner?) remembered every single order taken despite having a lot of people ordering constantly. He was great at multi-tasking and still gave a warm smile, wished a great day while being under pressure. If you come to Prahran market and you’re hungry, go have a meal here, you won’t regret it!!!

Best hotdog I ever had in Melbourne so far. I ordered Kransky with caramelised onion and sauerkraut. Kransky was very juicy and crispy skin. Very nice, patient owner and staffs.

Without a doubt the best hot dog I have ever had. Every sausage checked with a meat probe to ensure safety and quality. Super tasty warm soft Pretzels too.

The best grill at Prahran Market. Always a recommendation. It's well worth the wait.

I don't normally put a 5 star but these sausages are exceptional. The best sausages I've ever had. The both of us just couldn't get enough of it. Their takeaway sausages are also fresh and tasty. We had the spicy cheese kransky. It's also good value for money given the quality and size of the sausages. Highly recommended!

Bratwurst quality is high. Enjoyed the Cheese Kransky but especially the light bread that was used. Often I find the bread too heavy or simply not well proportioned to the sausage. Not here. Attentive and friendly staff, won't be grabbing the sausage sizzle in front of Woolworths in the future since this is close by that's for sure :)

Hands down the best hotdogs I've ever eaten friendly staff, there is sometimes a bit of a wait but theres a reason for that it's always hard walking past and not grabbing one when visiting prahran market
