What a very cool experience- literally! Watch your gelato being made with liquid nitrogen. A little pricey but you won’t see this every day! Plus the gelato is wonderful! Very flavorful and rich!

I also had to try the hot chocolate given all of the positive reviews! I was not disappointed. Excellent flavor, not to sweet or to much chocolate! Plus the homemade marshmallow was simply the best!

This was an excellent way to end a wonderful evening in Melbourne!!

Was looking for late night desserts and found Dex2Rose down a lane way. Their nitrogen creations were well worth the visit. A must see if you need a fix after dark. It was busy when we arrived. Really enjoyed the flavors. Setting really suits.

You'll find this sweet treat hidden in a lane off little bourke st. Delicious creations that your dentist just dreams of. The sizes were bigger than I expected, and tasted as good as it looked. Great option for a dessert after your inner city dinner.

What a hidden gem we found! Fantastic ice creams, waffles and hot drinks, all beautifully presented and heavenly tasting. This place is hidden in a nondescript looking little lane, so keep your eyes peeled for it!

The prices are extremely reasonable for what you're getting. Lots of effort put into presentation, and it tastes as good as it looks too!

Had the Nutella Floatella and Milk Tea Crepe Cake, both were fantastic. On another occasion, they had Oreo Cheesecake which was my favourite! They removed it from the menu though :( (please bring it back!!)

Staff were efficient and friendly, we were seated and served quickly eventhough there were only a few staff members present at the time. Ambience was cozy and nice.

It's tucked away in a small alley, I never would have found out about them if not for a friend's recommendation. Hoping they get more well-deserved attention!

A lovely place with great dessert. What a great idea floating nutella. Will definitely come back and try more dessert next time.

So many things to love about this place. Yes it is an icecream shop but there are so much more than just icecream.
My favourite things to order here:
1- The salted caramel latte - may be biased due to my love for salted caramel.
2- Matcha crepe cake: beautifully presented and tastes just as beautiful.
3- Chocolate mist: also very instagram-able.
The charcoal belgium waffle is a tad heavy but also recommended to those who likes waffles.

Not for diabetics! Had a fantastic rainy Sunday arvo visit while being a tourist in town, very hidden down an alleyway but well worth the search! Comfy place to stop and relax, gelato and ice cream absolutely delicious; the ideas are amazing.

Well worth the find best gelato I've had made on the spot with there big Nitrogen tanks. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied customers here. 😍

Absolultely amazing gelato and desserts. It is a little hard to find but well worth the search. The fact that its tucked away in an inconspicuous alleyway makes it all more exciting to try. The raspberry sorbet is a must try as is their nitrogen gas infused coffee. Overall a great atmosphere at very reasonable prices

We are visitors from interstate, we had seen a video on social media so we had to take the kids. We had some ice cream which was to die for. We will 100% be back before we leave. We did walk in circles because we didn’t realise it was down the ally.This place is a hidden gem.

Top notch treats here. Gelato is light, creamy, and delicious, but if you really want to treat yourself, get the fun "mist in the woods" platter. Go on, you deserve it :)

It was like nothing I expected. The ice cream is so creamy and its absolutely delicous.

I love this place!! I could go for desserts every single day if possible. My favorites are the mango milkshakes and the “not your granny’s apple pie”

Tried the wonderful signature dishes… yum… Very nice feel overall. Highly recommended!
