North Shore Hotel

The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were super white and very big n fluffy. Ali who looked after us was kind helpful and saw to our needs with grace and kindness. He went out of his way to be helpful and nothing was a trouble for him. Thank you so much Ali 🤗🥰💋🌹. We will certainly come again and recommend the North Shore Hotel.

We stayed here for a night a couple of weeks ago. Great location (quiet, low traffic). Great hosts, good clean rooms, lovely garden and facilities. The staff were extra accomadating for our early checkin.

We rolled in early only to be greeted by multiple staff members (the Greek brothers). All of which immediately jump to our assistance with smiles.
Beautiful building with a lovely garden and extremely well kept rooms.
All this across the road from a beautiful park and this isn’t even mentioning the absolute bargain price tag!

I stayed for 41 days there with my son for medical treatment as well as work related and have made it home.
Northshore Hotel is in a very ideal location infront of St Leonards Park for walks and running in the morning and afternoon. It has all amenities within walking distances.
The staff were very friendly. Joan was really good and thanks Ali for dropping us off as the airport. The room services were exceptional. It was quite and very comfortable and spacious and very affordable.
Extra tables were provided for my work and effective Wifi services. All of these sound more like home away from home and I am definitely coming back for holiday this time with my entire family.

Wonderful customer service.

I booked the hotel very late at night when I realised I had locked myself out of my house. Even at such a late hour the check-in was a breeze. I called the reception and the kind lady on the phone was able to check me in remotely. Within minutes I was in my clean, cosy and neat room. Highly recommend for short stays. Great value with buses right out front that can take you most places.

Amazing! In COVID-times we all know travel plans don't always go smoothly. When I had to cancel my first trip, Maurizio (host of that night) was amazingly supportive, gracious, and fair. When I finally visited, he was entertaining and most hospitable. The accommodation was spotless and the pristine white sheets 'to die for'. Location? Perfect. Value? Absolutely. Service? 10/10. On my check-out, two more hosts just were the icing on the cake. Well done Maurizi and friends. I'll be back.

I really enjoyed this hotel very much, and the lovely owners and super friendly receptionist. My third visit so far. So handy and close to the park, transport and everything that you would need to make your visit enjoyable and easy. A fabulous outdoor garden area to sit and enjoy a drink with family and friends Will be back real soon.

We stayed here before going on a cruise and it was comfortable and clean with very friendly staff and great service. After the cruise, our flight was cancelled and we rang Nick after hours. He was wonderful. He came especially to the hotel, gave us a room and was really lovely to us. We'll certainly stay here again when in Sydney.

I have to recommend this motel as its really good value for money. I have read some of the other reviews and one of the complaints was that the rooms are small, yes they are but they are adequate, and you pay for what you get. You could stay down the road for nearly twice the price. The rooms are clean and newly painted. The grounds are nicely kept and there are some tables and chairs out the front you can use. There is an AC in each room and toilet and shower. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I picked this place because it’s the closest to the Mater hospital. I have been here for five days, so I can visit my wife. It’s a nice easy walk to the hospital and there is also a good pub on the corner for dinner. Its not the Hilton but I feel value for money it’s a five star rating from me.

Hi, I needed a place to stay for the night. The sexy Receptionist gave me a good deal and also took Stay At Home vouchers "excellent". The room was small, but cosy had nice hot water 🌊 for shower. TV, Fridge and table and chairs and of course toilet and a big Queen bed!!! We went to the Opening event of the opera house. We went to see the remake of the Four seasons. Absolutely brilliant. Ray Chen the voileinest come to do a few pieces with the group of musicsans. We clapped so much and he come back on stage 3 time. The house was full of excitement 😂. what a performance from everyone. Thank so much lovely 💞🌹🙏

The staff and manager were extremely helpful and nice. Particularly Ali who was insightful to our needs and requirements.
The beds were very comfortable and the shower great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

North shore hotel is a special place. The friendly staff, quality rooms and exceptional service are what set it apart from other places we stayed during our trip north. They truly made our visit to Sydney memorable and we will definitely be paying them a visit during our next stay.

I came to Sydney for a few days for a friend's wedding and this was a well-priced hotel nearby. Unfortunately I got COVID at the wedding and needed to quarantine and stay some extra nights.

I'd love to mention Ali by name because he was incredible. He came to see me to introduce himself and reassured me that he was going to look after me. He helped me organise a room change to one with a window and external door (for deliveries), he came to see me every day to make sure I was okay, he got extra bits and pieces as I needed them, he went to the chemist to pick up some medicine for me (out of hours), and he offered so much more. And any other time I saw him, he was running around looking after everything else.

He truly went above and beyond for me and his warmth and spirit of hospitality gave me some reassurance in an uncertain and lonely time for me. I hope the hotel looks after Ali even half as well as he looked after me. He's a true asset and a brilliant human. Thank you Ali, I really appreciate it.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for the hospitality. They really treated well me at the reception and check in process and it was a hassle free one. I loved the City view near by.. Thank you all for treating me the way you guys do. Keep the good work going. 👍👍👍👍

My family and I stayed with the North Shore Hotel for over a month. During that time we came to know the staff very well; they were friendly, obliging and went out of their way to make the stay a very nice one. The hotel itself is charming with lovely features, homely and comfortable, and has a very relaxed feel...and the proximity to everything is just Grade A. We would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to family and friends, and will definitely be staying here again. We have loved our stay at the North Shore Hotel.

Very nice and clean place, Staff is beyond amazing and helpful, I called day before if I could check in a little bit earlier and the owner gave me a room straight away, location is the best and easy access to public transport and restaurants.
Will definitely recommend this place 👏🏻

Just a short walk to North Sydney CBD, the North Shore Hotel is great for workers looking for clean rooms at an affordable rate. The staff are lovely, Ali was especially accommodating by going the extra mile to help out.
