Bras N Things

This is my favourite bras n thing store. Paige and larhni were so helpfull to me and also so friendly and patient. The poor girls had to limb up a ladder cause what I wanted was on a mannequin. Nothing was to much bother for them. Bras n things, hold on to these two, they do your company a great service. Hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thanks girls

Amazing customer service! Teagan there is beyond helpful and lovely! I had issues with a bra and the Knox store.
Since I wasn't getting anywhere with the staff at Knox (Tayla) I went to Ringwood. Upon arrival I was met with smiling faces and some laughs at me explaining the delimma again (and again). After a couple of minutes she got the issue sorted (Was a refund on an incorrect bra fitted at Knox).
I cannot express the professionalism and polite attitude from Teagan and staff at Eastland.
Would go here over Knox any day

Loved their service. The girl Sonali was very helpful and went above and beyond with helping me get a present. I did not know the sizes that I was after but her advice helped me get the perfect sized present.

Went in for a very last minute outfit for a an event, girls were genuinely invested in trying to help me find the right thing I was after (despite being very busy!)

I visited today and the sales assistant Maddie was very friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable, it was a pleasure to go there.

Great customer service and range of high-quality products

Great range and nice to see larger cup sizes that are prettier. The young lady that served me was helpful, however you need roster more staff than just 1 person running the store by themselves.

They need to lift their game, especially on there plus size range. This goes for all of their stores.

Girls there were having a lovely conversation amongst themselves while I picked out my own bras and was offered zero help with fitting

It’s really bad experience ,I bought a bra in this store last two weeks, right now I didn’t receive shipping information and I called and even went to this store to ask, they said will figure out this , but no any answer right now,
