What a surprise to find the unexpected: Kit Kat fillings and chocolate coverings in flavors I've never seen anywhere before. If the choices on the shelf aren't enough, you can put your order in for many many combinations and have them ready by the time you've finished shopping. Great concept.

This place is Kitkat fans wonderland!

They have so many different Kitkats you can’t buy from the supermarkets on the shelves.

Then you also have the option to use their computer and customise your own version of kitkats and pick up after a set time. Love it.

The staffs are ultra friendly and not pushy. Love the way they treat their customers.

This place is a must for anyone travelling to Melbourne.

Highly recommended.

OMG ! KitKat has upped its game and how !! Stunning selection of chocolates and you can even creat your own which is ready for pick up at a time convenient to you- stays fresh for 30 days from delivery and costs 15$ . This store is on level 1 Melbourne Central, next to Telstra.check out their black label and sublime series- as good as some of the bigger exclusive brands.

KitKat Chocolatory sells an amazing variety of KitKat products and even offers the option of a design your own bar! Service is very good. If you are after a small gift this is a good option.

Not cheap, yet loved exploring this place. I love Kit Kat's. Melbourne must be home to Kit Kat lovers. A huge variety of out of the ordinary Kit Kats. Although not cheap, although $15 for a block of Ruby Chocolate Kit Kats is good value, considering that Ruby is a new chocolate. This is the only place in the country to buy Ruby Chocolate Kit Kats. So glad I got to go to Melbourne on business recently, so I could take some home. I've only had two sticks since...still plenty to go. Would love to join their club, yet pity they're not in Sydney. (Tried Ruby Chocolate for the first time in Perth last year.)

I was also gifted a few white chocolate Kit Kat sticks, as a thank you for patiently waiting to be served as they were busy. A nice little bonus that came much greatly appreciated, thank you.

Fun to do. They're loaded kit kats. What's not to like? Plus you get to watch your own design, flavour and named chocolate being made.

A truly attractive shop, they sell many different special flavours of kit kat, and they arent that expensive. There is a touch screen kiosk that allows you to create your own kit kat, and they make it fresh in the shop.

Make sure to visit the Kit Kat Chocolate factory in Melbourne Central Shopping Centre...you’ll find Kit Kats that you’ve never seen before in the states. Heck if you pay a little more money you can even customize your own Kit Kat.

Great chocolate. Walked past this place many times and decided today would be the day I would buy something from this place. I decided to make a custom one for me and my brother. Was about $30 but it's a nice as a one off treat. They took about an hour and a half (as it said on the kiosk) but it's a fair enough wait as you walk through Melbourne central anyway. You even get 3 days to pick it up from when you order it. So maybe go order it, watch a movie at the Hoyts upstairs and then come back for your gorumet kit kat.

Pretty cool chocolatier where you can custom design your own luxury KitKat. Comes beautifully presented so makes a great gift.

Went here yesterday to create my own Kit Kat. Process was super easy with lots of options and no problems with the touch screen on the kiosk either. Received a notification it was ready to be picked up a little less than 2 house later and was served by a super nice staff member who made the experience even better. Seem to have a lot of stock too if you want something else

Best Chocolate with Freshness
Whilst planning to visit Melbourne, shopping for chocolate for gifts was one of on the to do list.
The customer service was excellent, very helpful staff, patient and they took the time to walk us through the process and showed us around the shop concluded with the window to a small factory where they make the chocolate. We also tried a few samples which were very delicious.

Just like we order at the McDonalds, we created our own choices with an array of touch screens whereby you first choose your type of chocolate, toppings, personalized box cover design and name if it’s personalized for a someone special. Some types of chocolates were not available but other chocolates were already under the counter as special editions with different packing. All chocolates have different prices; the highest price being Australian $15. Great novelty, cost a little more but unique!

It was very much interesting to make own designs and creation being perfect gift for family and friends.
Yummy chocolate was highlight of Melbourne trip!!

Didn't buy anything or make anything. I only go in there because it's nice seeing the store and all the types of chocolate. The guy who spoke to me was incredibly friendly and was what made this review 5 stars. Good job, dude.

Stopped by to make my own Kitkat bar. You can select the type of chocolate, what flavors you want mixed in (up to 3), and select the packaging design and input text on the packaging. They can have your chocolate completed within 1.5 hours, but mine was done within one hour, as I don't think they were as busy. Overall, this place is really cool to check out and make your own Kitkat bar. Or, if you don't want to make your own, they have heaps of pre-made flavors that you can pick from that are still special, as opposed to your average Kitkat.

Amazing shop! The only permanent Kitkat shop in Australia! Amazing favors imported from Japan as well as our local Australian styles of chocolates. Ruby chocolate is made of ruby cocoa beans - both Australian made and limited edition from Japan. Another amazing service is you can create your own favor online or in store. For online service, do it before noon and you can pick up on the same day. If doing it in store, need one hour wait. Although slightly more pricey than your ordinary Kitkat in the supermarket, you will find that they are amazing and interesting favors 😋
