I was missing 2 matching pillow cases as it was sold out online. This was the sale season so I expected a long wait or a slight push back when I called the store but Nick kindly assisted my purchase over the phone allowing it to be picked up. It was a very kind gesture as it must have been a very busy time in the store, so i am very thankful.

Went in to browse the sale stock and staff were helpful but not pushy. Allowed me to wear a sweater around the store while I continued to browse. I purchased the beautiful sweater and am very pleased with my purchase!

The sales associates were both very friendly and eager to help. I was looking for a certain print in a tea towel and I couldn't find it in the store initially. Asked them for help and one of the ladies took time to help me locate it. Turned out it was the last piece in store and hidden in a corner.

Needless to say, I left the store a very satisfied customer.

Truly wonderful store, I came here to buy a birthday gift for my wife and the staff were so helpful to me as I found it hard to decide on what prints she would like best, expecially thank you to the wonderful lady with beautiful artwork on her arms! Such fantastic customer service. I have spied some more goodies in the store and I think I will make it a regular thing to buy my wife gifts from there! We have just moved house and it could use some decorating! I got lunch afterwards at schnitz on Elizabeth street awesome chips! my nephew always raves about that place, I'll definetly eat chips every time I visit

Love this store and brand. Incredible Finnish design that never dates. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful, made us feel smaller than a grain of sand in a lonely desert. Clearly having a bad day and took it out on us. I hope she has a merry Xmas because clearly she needs it. Needless to say I will never be shopping here again.
