Dorevitch Pathology

I had a great experience there. I haven't seen anyone who is as organized as the doctors/nurses here. It normally takes 4 attempts to get my blood, but the lady get it in the first attempt. I am certainly impressed

One of my best experiences at a Dorevitch clinic - short wait time and the staff member was polite, efficient and professional. So much nicer than the usual clinics I go to where there are often long wait times and not all of the staff know what they're doing!

Big shout out to Leeza who made my experience as painless and stress-free as possible. I hate NEEDLES, but Leeza you helped enormously! You're the best!

At a time when our front and end line health care professionals deserve every pat on the back we can give them I would like to do that with a shout out to Leesa at Dorevitch Pathology at WRC Ringwood . I have attended this service over many many years and have always found Lessa to be empathetic, caring and supportive in her nature plus her outstanding skills in her medical duties are not only competent but demonstrate a respectful efficiency in meeting client's individual needs without stress or pain. Please know you are appreciated.

Great staff - friendly and efficient on a Sunday morning! However they're hard to locate. They're inside the Seymore Street Medical & Dental, and follow the sign for 'Pathology'. I've added a photo of the front of the centre too. Happy hunting!

Easy enough. Reasonabley short wait.

Will never go back here. Very rude and they lost my sample and never rang to tell me, had to find out by following up myself. I was told to go back as no need for paperwork since they have a file for me but when arrived the same women was there and just as rude telling me she could not do anything without paperwork from a Dr…

Terrible. I had seen my doctor for a sore throat (I had tested Covid negative prior to going to doctors) - he ordered some viral blood tests to find out what was wrong with me. After making me wait and then sending me to another testing centre, they refused to take my bloods because I was sick!! I told the phlebotomist that I was Covid negative multiple times but she still would not take them. Terrible from a ‘health service’ to not do your job because someone is sick - that’s who your customers are, and what PPE is for. Will never go back.

Please don't go over there they are not an expert at all!

Worst experience ever with Dorevitch.
Recently moved in to this neighborhood. Normally went to Melbourne CBD ones. First time visiting here.
The lady was so unprofessional. I went there for GBS test as well as some blood tests during late pregnancy with my OB’s appointment form clearly indicated details on in. She asked me twice why I am bring a tube to her. Clearly she has no idea what GBS test is, and that’s unbelievable...
During the blood test, my blood went out to the plate and the chair handle from the niddle. And this kind of situation never happened before since I have ran several blood test in different Dorevitch locations during my pregnancy. And she keeps blaming me is my vein’s problem. Seriously?!

It is really a shame as in the hard days of covid 19 no where in the clininc has a single sanitizer and the lady at the blood test was so rude and had no politeness at all
plz take care of your service as u must have a sanitizer in this peak time like this and moreover understand you are giving service and we are paying for it atleast have a service

Waiting for 30 minutes with my partner...it wasn't any queue... We had to leave..

They never answer there phones poor service
