BIG W Eastland

My husband bought 20 latex helium balloons late morning Friday 3rd February.
The girl was extremely helpful with helping him. She also gave the suggestion of including a gel to lengthen the usually extremely short lifespan of a helium latex balloon.
I highly recommend having the gel.
We still have 4 balloons touching the ceiling today (February 14th). And 4 balloons still more than midway up.

I had a wonderful shopping experience in this outlet today. They have a good range of clothings and sizes at good prices. A shout-out to the staff who managed the fitting room around 11am. I accidentally spilled some tea outside the fitting room and she helped to clean up the mess with no complains at all. She was so polite and I am very impressed with her service attitude. Congratulations to Big W for having a shining star in their service team !

I walked into this store with one goal in mind. 5 kilograms of Trolli Sour Gummy Worms, and Big W delivered. after a short five minutes I walked back out of the store with a smile on my face and 5 kilograms of Trolli Sour Gummy Worms. I then proceeded to the food court where I opened and ate all 5 kilograms of Trolli Sour Gummy Worms and projectile vomited on a little girl. Best day Ever.

Huge shop, bigger than some other Big W's. Well laid out. Great value, huge range, and better quality items than some other department stores (ahem Kmart). Did a click and collect. Took a while to find the service counter (was at the back of the store), but would certainly be happy to buy that way again.

Great Team, Sabitri and Michael were great.

Big-w, my fav department store. The Lilydale store would be the one I like the most but this big-w is still worth a visit.

Super helpful staff. I was after a dpecific sonic toy for my son and the staff member realised we have been looking for a while so she actually talked to a manager to unload a pallet so they can take the toy off the pallet in the back. I really appreciated the help.

I had to travel from Thornbury to this store as it was the only store that had 2 dresses I wanted. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff on entering the store and picking up my click and collect at the Service Desk.

Staff were very helpful here, I needed help finding a product and a girl came out from the tech area and helped me find it. I believe her name was kacey, she was super lovely and helpful.

I was trying to find a book today which the website said is in stock at Big W Eastland but it was nowhere to be seen. Couple of other staff couldn’t help beyond a point but then I saw Maddy, she said she was not from the Books department and yet she went an extra mile and helped grab it magically from the backend within 2 minutes!
Thank you so much Maddy for going above and beyond and making my kids day.. you deserve a raise!

One of the last relics of BigW in the local area (and waverly gardens).
Parking in Eastland nowadays is a bit chaotic and the store is located next to the food court, so expect plenty of crowd before you get to the store.
Once there though, stock variety is still comparable to kmart, as well as its items sold.
