North Sydney Hotel

I went in for lunch with family before we went across the road to North Sydney Oval for a rugby match.
The beer was beer flavour and there was a decent selection on tap so that was a good start but I was blown away by the parmi. Best I've had in a long time with a generous topping and lovely chicken fillet.
I'll be there for lunch next time I'm in the area.

Stayed at the hotel on the 29th of Feb. From 1st email contact with Maryann (prompt and friendly), to check in with Ian (friendly, efficient "nothing is a problem kind of attitude") getting some ice at the bar, to checking out and coming back because I had forgotten something (thank you Helen!!) this has been a super pleasant experience and stay. Room was comfy, bed was really comfy, bathroom spacious and clean, breakfast which was included sufficient, breakfast room well equipped, nice atmosphere. Just a great experience. They make it look "easy"! Thanks guys, it was great!

Enjoyed a very nice burger and a couple of cold pints. Very comfortable pub in nice surroundings. The service was excellent. Recommended.

Had lunch at the hotel with my family for Mothers Day....the calamari salad was amazing .

Awesome local pub with great value menu especially the rump steaks and chicken parmis.

Pie floater very good if you need some winter comfort food.

Was sceptical as it was our first time staying above a pub but the North Sydney Hotel was perfect. Comfortable sleep, no noise, great kitchen facilities with toast, cereal and coffee machines. We also had a shared bathroom, and were pleasantly surprised as we had no issues with timing or cleanliness, you only share with 3 other rooms. Would highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere in North Sydney

Beautiful property so well located across Leonard Park. The Pub on the ground floor adds to the excitement watching the dog race on the screen and a shot at some betting too😂

Nice Hotel located above a lovely Pub. Good connection to the City.

We recently held our baby shower at North Sydney Hotel it was amazing! The team looked after us so well, they were flexible and so supportive to ensure we had a lovely afternoon! The food was brilliant, they decorated for us, we had space set aside and overall it was such a brilliant afternoon! Relaxed and fun and super kid friendly too! Highly recommend! Friendly staff, very good food, a wide range of wines and beers and a comfortable relaxing environment. This pub is a regular place that I visit for lunch with friends. They do a great steak and the spare ribs are delicious.

Our favourite local pub in the area! Whether it’s to watch the Friday night footy, catch up with family or just unwind for the week. AJ, one of the managers always provides a warm welcome and amazing service.

Food is consistently good with friendly staff! Try the Chicken Parma with prosciutto! You won’t be disappointed.

North Sydney Hotel was the place I chose for my first dinner when I came to live in Sydney, and I have no regrets at all. As I have settled down close to North Sydney, I still go to this pub often to enjoy some relaxing time over beers.

As a vegetarian, there are few meal options for me. But this was never a problem, as everything I have tried so far was good enough. Pub is comfy, staff is nice, and service is good. I recommend there!

Travelling from Melbourne to Burleigh Heads, we stopped over the night at NSH. Had a wonderful dinner from the extensive but reasonably priced menu. Room was nice and clean, and Cedric at the bar was extremely polite and helpful. Good stop over point for Vic to Qld travellers. 👍

My local stomping ground with my kelpie Millie! If you haven't been to Balls head what are you doing with your Sydney life! NORTHSHORE has some of the best parks and harbour heads to visit! If you can time it with the craft markets do it! Slightly overpriced but beautiful goods. My local village brewery Flat rock & distillery Finders Gin are both served at the markets too!

Nice place to come by after work, we do it pretty much every week. They light the fireplace during winter which makes it a really cosy spot. The food is pretty decent, can't fault anything I've had. So far, I've had the pizza, spaghetti (which had curls of crispy prosciutto through it - so good), fish and chips and the steak.

Nice little pub with friendly staff. Most of the food on the menu is really good - some of it I haven't tried yet!

My biggest complaint would have to be that they started serving the burger in a basket, that's just annoying and that the beef cheek is no longer on the menu...

Great Pub. Bottle shop team went out of their way to find us a few stubby holders from inside the pub. Absolute legends!

Love this pub to catch up with friends or family. Food is delicious and great selection of beer taps. Accomodation upstairs is a winner too! Service with a smile :) couldn’t fault it!
