Seriously fantastic. Whether you are after sweet or savoury you will not find too many better bakeries than “Keith Homemade Cakes”. We stopped in for pies and purchased a party box too. The pies were fantastic and the deserts were out of this world! If you need a cake or just something sweet, this is the place to go!

Absolutely amazing! Called with quite a short notice and they were still able to make the cake in a really quick time! Cake looks superb for our son’s first birthday, and the staff very pleasant both on the phone and in-store. Will be returning next year!

In my opinion, Keith's does the best cakes in Melbourne! My family and I have ordered berry mousse cakes and strawberry sponge cakes in the past (most recently in October), and we are always impressed. Highly recommended!!!

Good carrot cake is hard to find. At Keith Cakes it’s hand-made to perfection. It’s rich and moist and not oily and cuts well. There’s a beautiful balance of fresh chunky ingredient that give the cake texture and structure of a classic cake done well. They’re not stingy with quality ingredients especially chopped walnut. I love the garnishing of seeds and apricot on the frosting which at times, is a bit buttery but otherwise I can’t fault it.

I was recommended Keith’s cakes by several friends for my daughters 1st birthday and they did not disappoint. I changed the order only a few days before and they happily accommodated my last minute request.
The cake was very fresh and tasted scrumptious. It looked the part too. We had several compliments. It tasted so good but not too sweet. Light and just enough sweet. I would definitely recommend Keith's cakes and will be back for the next birthday.

Their other cakes and pastries are great too. I have had those several times before.

Amazing service! The Minions Birthday cake was amazing that we picked up along with a dozen cupcakes. They were all so nice, beautifully decorated and so tasy. Thanks for the cake and cupcakes, we will be bake. Good to have a local go to place to make beautiful cakes.

The best gingerbread men in the world, can’t find any others like it. I ate them when I was a child (we were allowed to choose one treat every Friday night for desert) and now get them for my child! Other cakes are all delicious too of course.

We ordered our daughters 7th birthday cake from here (first time) and we couldn’t be happier with the taste, look, size and price. Everything gets a ticket from us and the guests.
Highly recommend if you’re in the need for a delicious and affordable cake.

Am always on the lookout for a good spinach roll and yes was very nice. They also have absolutely delicious looking sandwiches and a huge range of biscuits and cakes. Purchased sandwiches (salad for me and ham and salad for husband, both without mayo), vegetarian curry puffs, sausage rolls, lemon slice, coconut macaroon and kids cookies. I could have purchased so much more and will return to do so. Staff very friendly. They also do catering and I'm wondering what event I have coming up......also thank you for putting my purchases in separate carry bags, one for hot, one for cold. In my experience no-one does this and they just pile everything in together, so wrong. 8.2 in area popped in to get spinach roll and I couldn't walk out without jam donut! Q6.9 spinach roll, funny face biscuits, salad sandwiches and coffees (flat white and decaf soy latte). So busy, queues down the street!

We recently ordered a custom disco-themed cake for my son’s 5th birthday from Keith’s. Placing an order was seamless and they advised what was and wasn’t possible with replicating the inspiration photo I supplied.
We were completely blown away when we picked up the cake as it was almost identical (if not better!) than the inspo!! The team completely exceeded our expectations and as always, it was delicious. Thank you again!! 😊

I have ordered my daughters birthday cakes from Kieths cakes a number of times and have been extremely happy with their service and yummy cakes. Recently I ordered my daughters First communion cake . Keiths cakes never disappoints. Their cakes are always fresh , delicious and so beautifully decorated. Thank you

The best cake shop ever! The staff are so friendly and know all the regulars by name and always make you feel welcome. Everything tastes delicious and the cupcakes are so cute! My kids have had all their birthday cakes there for the past 20 years and love them! Highly recommend!

I first came here I think when I was maybe 5 with my mum & brother and sister and we used to get pasties and eat them out the front on the bench.

I came in again this morning (I'm now 30) and bought 6 pasties for a picnic for mum's birthday with my family.

They are still the same quality pasties, packed full of vegies and meat, no short-cuts here!

It's rare to find a place that maintains the quality of what they do long-term, looking forward to another decade of quality pasties and cakes!

My friend got my birthday cake from here and it was so tasty and cute!! Would definitely recommend ordering from them 😊

I got a chocolate mud birthday cake from here and it was absolutely amazing! Putting aside the fact that the staff were very friendly (which they were), the cake was phenomenal, rich but not too much so, chocolate-y, moist, smooth chocolate ganache, and it looked beautiful. Another bonus was they didn't use fondant. It lasted well in the fridge as well. Will definitely come back if I ever want to buy another cake!

Keith Cakes did a fantastic job of turning around a drip cake in double-quick time on a busy Saturday. Anne-Marie looked after us exceptionally well and ensured my daughter had the perfect cake for her birthday. Not only did it look fantastic, it tasted just as a good. Great job and a huge thanks!

Thrilled with my son's Very Hunrgy Caterpillar Birthday cake! His little face lit up as he saw the incredibly crafted caterpillar atop of his special cake. Amazing looking cake, had everyone at my son's party exclaiming/admiring. Tasted fantastic, so fresh and absolutely delish!

Just as lockdown was lifted I called Keith's to order this cake 3 days before my son's birthday, nothing was too much trouble, they made it possible, with friendly and happy service. Was ready for pick up early Saturday morning. Whole process amazing. Cost was also very reasonable. Very happy customer, thank you all at Keith's!!!
