Nike Brighton

I went shopping in the Nike store in church st today. I was served by Julia. Wow best help in a retail store for a long time. Julia was so helpful and so invested in showing me different styles that she thought would suit me I was able to purchase multiple items with ease. Then l purchased a new pair of runners which Julia guided me to and they were perfect so comfortable Honestly Julia was so good and l would definitely go back to shop for Nike again in this store because of her.

A SOLE Changing Experience :). Been coming here since this store originally opened. It's "Nike" but it's got a local Brighton feel and doesn't feel like walking into a gigantic megamegamart of Nikedom....not that that's a bad thing. Been served an an array or great people (Aidan, Jack, 'Fendi' :) and JULIA!). Julia is the Bees Knees. Epic service, very groovy, and happy to help in any way possible even super quick ordering in a product because they were out of the size. Always rather go in here rather than order online. Amazeballs old school service.

Had a great customer experience with friendly and helpful staff member Jeylan. Not only was her personality bright and bubbly, her service was excellent with a 'nothing is a problem' attitude and a perfect balance of help offered without pestering. When returning 1 of the items I bought, she was great...I didn't feel awkward which had been my experience previously in other clothing outlets. Thanks Jeylan!

I came in to nike today on church street. A young lady named Amanda was helping me to choose shoes . She was so helpful and patient and it made my shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you Amanda you are a great asset to Nike I will be recommending people to come to that store .

Today I went into Nike Brighton to shop for clothes and was well served by Jeylan. She was very friendly and kind. The store also had a good range of options and colors, which was nice to see compared to the stores in Shopping Centre. I give my shopping experience a 10/10.

Really impressed with the customer service at this store on 2 occasions. The staff member who I saw initially was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. When I needed to bring the shoes back as the sizing wasn't right (fault of my silly feet, not staff!), the staff were super accommodating and helpful again. Great return policy, service and product. I can't help but contrast this to a recent experience with the snooty shoe store further down the street...

I was served by the lovely Kiera today who was just amazing. She made me feel incredibly welcome, comfortable and was super knowledgeable and patient whilst I was there. What an incredible person to represent the company!

Lachie was brilliant. Friendly and knowledgable. He understood the different profiles and helped me to find the right support for incorporating orthotics. Plus the shoes were discounted and for downloading the nike app I got an additional 10% off. - A refreshing experience. Thanks

Really great and knowledgeable service. I went in for stylish training shoes and received really helpful advice without trying to upsell.
And especially please with service from Em after an item got lost by AusPost - she tracked it, contacted them and arranged for another to be sent to me the same day. You don't get service like this anymore.

I visit on the weekend to purchase new training shoes and was served by Aiden. Aiden was incredibly patient and helpful and assisted in having a great and positive experience in my first visit to the Nike Church St store. The range was great and I was able to find the right training shoe which is beyond comfortable and very stylish.

Amazing service in store today from Tilly, Aiden, and Ben. Store was also kept super tidy!
