Excellent service, no waiting, nurse was very helpful and polite, cannot fault this facility

Wait time is one thing but seeing the young male on duty working with absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for the people waiting is another. I went elsewhere. Also the receptionist at the nearby specialist desk continually sucking back her snot and occasionally coughing suggested perhaps she was notwell andshould not have been there

It was long waited ever. I was there at 9.00 and there were 3 people before me, the room was empty she didn’t call anyone in until 15 minutes she called one number in and it took 1 hr for lady to came out and I waited another 30 minutes for the next called. I ended up spent 2.0 hr waiting for 5 minutes blood test. Is this normal waiting time??

The worst service ever! The lady named Meena (or Mina) was the rudest pathology worker I’ve ever dealt with. She made a mistake and forgot to put my mother’s name on the day list, hence our Specialists had huge issues locating her results. First she rang and told me, “we NEVER had your mums name on the day list. Every patient who comes, we always write down their names. Always. Your mum must have gone to a different place!” I replied my mum 100% went to see her, I would lodge a complaint about Dorevitch losing my mums results. 15min later she rang back and said my mums results were sent to the doctors 4days after the blood tests. And she reserved the right to complain about me! (Really!? What have I done to her?) When I pointed out to her, she’s the one who missed it, she argued back saying I should “write her last name first, first name last. coz that’s how she searches for patents.” (She asked for a slip with my mums full details) I reminded her I underlined my mums last name, and all details were given eg DOB, address, phone number for her to search..! She insisted mistakes were never hers, always someone else’s. She even threatened to make a complaint about me, trying to point out her mistakes… what a joke ! Stay away from this lab everyone!
