It is good. Clean. Staff are attentive. I mainly check beer prices, which are in the low average range. Can be beaten by First Choice which is just another re branded liquorland. So compare both and go for the cheapest. LLand staff go out of their way to make sure they honour the dockets. They prioritise the customer over the dockets. This makes them way better than w'orths which sticks to the stupid 1 beer special to a docket. Shop at Coles.

A very knowledgeable young man served in the store.. he recommended some great wines at most of them were available at a great discount too.

I don't want to be a Karen but today was one of the worst customer service I've experienced. The gentleman today was dismissive and rude. I usually come here and this is the first time I've experienced this level of poor customer service and it really put me off..

Manager has serious Power Trip issues and needs a few classes in how to deal with the public. Don't work in Customer service if you don't like the Human Race. And don't call people "CHAMP" it is extremely derogatory.
