I’ve bought from Evie and Johns for both my kids christenings and both times they have been absolutely wonderful! Super helpful and friendly, like I’m dealing with family not a shop.
Their range is great and they have super reasonable prices. A lot of other places just had only super expensive things but they have lots of options for varied budgets here.
It’s also a one stop shop. I got my kids christening gowns, cardigans, hats, stockings, shoes and christening box as well as the candles for church and any other little bits and bobs that were needed for the day.
I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Customer service exceptional, second to none. Lovely items for christening and very reasonable prices. Don’t let the shop window fool you, although it’s not going to drag you in if you’re window shopping, you will be pleasantly surprised with the beautiful items available. 10/10.

Best christening shop
I got my daughters christening gown from them 2014 and last week got my sons christening outfit they are simply the best, very friendly and helpful and yiayia and her son and daughter are such a beautiful family.
Highly recommended and would be coming back for sure :)

Absolutely fantastic experience in this store. Ari went out of his way, was very helpful and spent the time explaining everything we needed for our wedding and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come again!

A huge range of options for both boys and girls christenings. They also have clothing for children for all occasions. Melissa was wonderful and really made sure all our requirements were met. She was a pleasure to deal with.

My mum first discovered John and Evies shop back in the mid 70s. Then in 1978 when I had my first Son Christened, John and Evies was where I went also. Their warm and friendly welcoming, their very reasonably priced and beautiful lambathes, Christening outfits, boubouneyeres and anything else you could want is right there. I went back there for my youngest Sons Christening and then my Daughters Christening. Then for the Christening of my God daughter. Recently in 2016 my Grandson was to be Christened, so my Daughter and I went back to John and Evies for his Christening. We have been very fortunate to have discovered you Evie and John and now the journey continues with their children taking over ! How lucky are we 😊

We got a beautiful baptism candle at the last minute and they couldn't have been warmer or more obliging. They also have beautiful and reasonably priced jewellery that I wish we could have taken too.
