Never come here. My information got leaked due to gross security negligence and this has left me with severe distress. Tissupath only provided a terrible apology in the form of a letter explaining that my private medical information got leaked online. They said they blocked third party access to their systems but this makes me question why third parties had access to my information in the first place. I implore everyone reading to not trust these people with your information. They won’t even compensate you when it gets leaked.

Never heard of this company before, I got a bill payment letter demanding money from September last year, saying if it is not paid immediately they will outsource it to a collection agency! They don't except health card concessions either. bill due date is 1/11/21 but I didn't get the letter until 10/1/2022.
They said over the phone they have sent out Many bill letters. Yet I have only received one letter Four months late and threating me with debt collectors.
TissuPath is not to be trusted!

I had a prostate biopsy, Tissupath hit me with an unexpected gap fee of $300 on a $459 bill for a pathology analysis that averaged $140 just a couple of years ago.
They’re part of the modern Australian problem of shyster profiteering medical services. Avoid like the plague, ask your doctor if they’re planning on using them, and if so, ask for the fees upfront. You’ll find your insurance probably won’t cover their ludicrous gap fee.

They were sent a tissue sample (not pus) and my results were back too quickly to get a proper diagnosis of what this breast lump is. All they put in conclusion is: inflammatory consistent with abscess... my doctor said the abscess part should not have been included and now because of these people I have a $178 bill with them, that I will not be paying. And my breast surgeon is going to try and aspirate this 'abscess' they were too lazy to keep testing . I will sue if my doctor finally cuts it out and finds it is something more sinister! Also I have tried talking to you and you were very rude. I do not recommend this service.

Very shoddy service. The invoice had the wrong provider number so our Medicare claim was rejected. It took many hours to get the right number and resubmit the claim. I wonder how many other sick patients they are causing grief through bad administration. Will never go there again.
