After much shopping who knew I’d find the perfect lounge in the same street as my work address. John was extremely helpful & made my decision too easy, done in about 5 minutes. Service was first class & price point for a quality lounge a bonus. Unfortunately follow up sales service not so much. A big thank you to the delivery team, your efforts were much appreciated.

Great experience with Adrian - friendly and professional and no hard sell and really listened to what we were after. We got a great set of auto recliners at a good price. Had to wait for 4 months but it was worth it.

Our customer sales assistant was Yasmin & she was everything you want when deciding on making a big purchase. Great up-beat personality, knowledgeable on all aspects of the product. Yasmin gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss & decide if the product was right for us but also made sure we knew all the possible information regarding upgrade, special offers etc without being pushy. She answered every question we had for her while we were at the showroom as well as over the phone.
Individual quotes were organised with slight variations which eliminated any confusion. We were so impressed with the quality & price that we decided not to look at any other suppliers of this product & phoned to place the order as soon as we had measured up later that afternoon.
