Arguably the best pizza in Sydney. Just so damn busy. They have a good system where it’s “x” pizzas per hour though so make sure to ring up and place order ahead. Great side dishes too.

Such good pizza. Soft dough and very tasty. Had the garlic and honey, and the Salamanca. Both very good. Better than any restaurant I have tried in Sydney so far. Perfect to bring to a nearby park.

I rave about the garlic honey pizza. If I could I would definitely come back for it. Luckily my partner works in the area so, a good excuse to come back. A great casual spot for a date with great pizza options.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The fluffy dough and the thin crust allows you to appreciate the ingredients.

We had it as takeaway and demolished it all albeit be soggy and cold. I cannot imagine what it will be like having it on the spot fresh and warm!! Well done Team Westwood!!

Very nice pizza place for people who likes thin crust pizzas! The flavours were also very unique! The spanner crab pizza was tomato based and tasted like a condensed seafood soup, while the ndjua pizza gave an interesting combination of sweet and spicy. The only downside was there wasn’t much place to sit.

The best Neapolitan style pizza or pizza in general for that matter in Sydney!

This is my fave slice in Sydney as it mirrors the Naples style pizza where the dough is stretchy and thin, woodfire oven cooked to perfection (although sometimes a bit too burnt and black) and the limited menu and simple flavours means that this pizzeria can concentrate on doing a few things but executing them very well.
My fave is the honey garlic pizza, haven’t found anything like this before and it’s a must order.
Pro tip - pre order your pizza from 3pm so it’s ready for pick up.

We visited Westwood on a Friday night for my friend Phoebe's birthday.

The Spanner Crab and Garlic & Honey pizzas were incredibly unique, with a perfect mix of sweet and salty flavours. Highly recommended.

The 'Nduja, Ricotta & Thyme pizza was just as ambitious. While tasty enough for me to power through a stomach full to the brim with pizza to finish every piece, it didn't hit the highs of the other two.

It wasn't just the great pizza that made our night, but also the amazing service. The staff gave Phoebe a free can of San Pellegrino for her birthday. I could see it meant the absolute world to her and made it a birthday she won't soon forget.

Best pizza place I’ve tried so far! The crust is one of a kind, have never had such a good pizza base before 😳😮‍💨 Favourites here were the ‘Garlic + honey’, and the ‘Nduja + ricotta + thyme’ which had a great spicy kick to it.

Great ambiance, unique menu, high quality ingredients. Pizza is excellently cooked and dough is perfectly blistered. Over order and easily take your left overs home if you have any.

The lady host was really nice despite how busy they were, she communicated effectively and helped us get a table. We had the peppers one and the ricotta one and both were delicious with the peppers one having the red base and the ricotta having the white. I’d recommend 1 pizza per person as it is quite airy and once you have one slice you’re going to want to whole thing. People in the reviews will complain about the seating but to them I’d say it’s Newtown, it’s a small store and they have done what they can with the space, just enjoy the food, the company and the vibe.

Yummmmm! Got the honey garlic and Salamanca as per many of the reviews. Did not disappoint. Burst of flavours in a bite, chewy, fluffy dough.

Ordered over the phone and requested pick up within 35 min. Was getting super crowded at 5:30pm

One of the busiest pizza places I’ve ever had. Orders after orders kept coming and so does customers waiting to dine in. Preferably call and place order in advance especially during peak hours like Thurs Fri night and weekends. I came on Thursday 7pm and had to wait 50 mins for my pizza to be ready. Small seating available so waiting time could be long. We tried the spicy nduja pizza and it was absolutely amazing. The dough could be a bit less dry then it would be perfect.

I've been to Westwood twice now and both times have been pleasantly surprised by the speedy and friendly service despite the crowds, and the outstanding taste and quality of the pizza (garlic honey and nduja are the only flavours I have tried). Flavours are unique but not over the top, which I consider impressive in the saturated and competitive pizza market. For a busy and intimate hole in the wall, it has a nice atmosphere for a short and sweet catchup. Bonus for reasonable pricing!

I pre-ordered during the day for pick up on a Friday night. Worked a treat.

The pizzas were yummy and authentic. Thin pizzas with a tasty crust. I would recommend 1 pizza per person as they are quite light.

Went back just for the roast tomatoes pizza… was sad to hear it was seasonal. One of the most refreshing, flavourful pizzas I’ve ever had, super surprising since it was so simple.

Fantastically soft and light pizza, yummy, simple takeaway joint with limited seating means no fuzz. Garlic honey pizza add it with the chilli Xo sauce.

Super busy little place, it’s clear to see why. I had the Margherita. Simple but so bloody effective, the ingredients were fresh and dough so light and fluffy.

I ordered takeout and it was super quick, came in about five minutes. They offer a great selection of booze also.

Nice place, BYO, got lucky and didn't have to wait on a Friday night. Got the spanner crab and Salamanca pizzas. The dough was incredibly good. The spanner crab was definitely very craby, I wouldn't order it again but it was also different to any other pizzas I've had. The Salamanca was just a very good pepperoni pizza. Will come back to try the rest, but I believe it would improve in bigger groups, if you can try more pizzas.

Fantastic place for a quick bite to eat! The pizza's are the best I have eaten, dough is nice and thin, great flavours and super friendly service. We ordered three pizzas - Garlic and Honey, Salamanca (Hot Spanish Salami), and Spanner Crab as well as the grilled greens and anchovies. Everything came out together and very fast. Will definitely be back, only wish it was closer to home. 10/10

We ordered take away and you can tell this place is good because it was very busy. It's a small place so get there early if you want to eat in.
The pizzas did not disappoint and were very tasty. However, by the time we got home the pizzas were cool down already, so it would have been much better if you heat it up before you eat, trust me, it makes a big difference.
