Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and learned in many areas. Maffra is very lucky to have her expertise. Clinic staff are approachable, and appointments rarely have any triage waits (1 in maybe 3 years).

With being new in town, we had a big decision on choosing a local GP, but we came here to Maffra Medical Group and are more than happy with the Doctor I've now seen twice this week. Very thorough and efficient Medical Centre and most of all, a Doctor who was I was happy with.

I've been seen by many docs from the group and they are all thorough. Although I see different practitioners, the group has surprising communications with each other because they are all clued up on my health issues and I don't have to explain things over and over.

My husband John Devisser went to the doctors with the visit duration being about 5 mins to get a medical form signed for Cbus to access his medical info . It turns out our mistake that the doctor did not have to sign it after all and only wrote a form for bloods . Because of the form charged him $ 188 for the appointment without rebate . I am furious what a disgrace ripping off the public instead of wavering this amount based on the circumstances they took advantage of this situation to make more dollars instead of claiming it under bloods to be taken He had a heart attack in Feb 2023 got better and works so hard and to be charged this much money is a bloody disgrace Shame on you maffra medical group and he will not be coming back there definitely finding another clinic that care and will do the right thing!!

After 13years of going to this Dr surgery I moved interstate, they won't transfer my medical records to my new dr unless I pay $50.00.
I have paid for every dr appointment, the files and records should remain the property of the patient.
Absolutely ridiculous.
