Many of the doctors are helpful and friendly.

There is a pathology lab, travel vaccination, a cosmetic treatment centre, physiotherapy and dieticians.

I like the GPs Dr. Joshua Ye, Dr John Sun and Dr. Elaxi Modi.

There are doctors who speak languages other than English. Many of the doctors come from Asia.

廖医生不仅仅对病人热情友好耐心，问诊也非常认真仔细，判断处理病情更加是精准及时，看廖医生的体验非常愉快。我的验血报告有个指标超高，廖医生立即打电话通知我加做检查。这样对待病人如家人般的医生，国内那些专家级别的医生都做不到。廖医生是我见过的最好最认真最负责的医生。

一直找的Dr Sha Liao，非常友好，做事简洁明了，效率很高！

Always running late. Have to wait for more than 40 mins.

If you bring your child， DONT come here. Came here twice and the waiting time are all at least 1 hour. It is toooooooooooo hard for me with one 18months child.🫠🫠🫠

Appointments seemed completely useless, you can almost need to wait +45min - 1hour with her, I don’t know understand whats the purpose of reservation is. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place, you have to wait for 1 hour just to see her for 5mins.

Similar to everyone else has said, Sha Liao was consistently rude and unprofessional toward my mother who was suffering from dementia. Why is she still practising? She should be suspended and investigated.

Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. She lacks empathy or compassion and instead passes excessive judgement on first time mothers. There is no place for mum shaming in 2022, especially when they are seeking help. I am appalled and ashamed that someone of this character is practising in the health profession and would advise seeking medical advise else where.

Terrible Doctor. Extremely rude. Tried to tell me I didn't have asthma when I have been diagnosed with asthma and was having a flare up. She decided this without looking at my history or even listening to my chest. Not sure how you can diagnose someone from looking at them. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

Absolutely appalling service. I had a cough, a fever, and a runny nose. I have received a negative COVID 19 Test and they simply called me in the car. How are they suppose to listen to my chest? That’s pathetic. I wouldn’t waste your time with this clinic.

Unprofessional and rude. If you say you don’t have suitable tools to help I can totally understand, but why don’t even check the place get hurt? Don’t trust this place anymore. Don’t waste your time here. Lots of professional and good GP you can find in Box Hill.

Dr Sha Liao has unacceptable behaviour for a doctor.
