I’ll start firstly by saying a massive thank you to Samantha and Richard for not only offering a wonderful store with beautiful foods. But for providing outstanding knowledge and care to myself and my partner mark who we recently found out is celiac. We were blown away with the time they took to educate us and provide some needed guidance to mark as he navigates learning what he can and can’t eat. You guys are truly amazing and we are so lucky to have your beautiful store around the corner to shop at. P.S. we are hooked on the choc sunflower seeds and the pasta was and is amazing!!! Now a staple in our house. Mark now looks forward to and is getting excited about his new journey with food. 🫶🙂

Really enjoy shopping here. I come from a few suburbs away to buy roasted nuts as they are so fresh and delicious every time. Love that I bring my own bottles in to refill each time. Also buy pine nuts which aren’t cheap but very delicious. Staff are always nice and helpful. Scoops are now split into new and used so there is no sharing. Will definitely try out other products soon. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for years, love it. Got 20% off today as they had a sale. I love bringing my own plastic bottles to get refilled with body wash for example (the lemon myrtle one is delicious), dish washing liquid (again the lemon myrtle is music to my olfactory senses) and I refil my calico bags with their fantastic Australian organic oats plus I even reuse some of my paper bags. This place is dedicated to reducing waste and that means plastic too which I’m totally on board with. Great ethos guys, great concept. This place is expensive but it’s quality and we need to stamp out single use plastics. Good work!

A great bulk buy, zero waste store! You fill a bag/container/jar of loose goods such as rice, flour, nuts etc. And pay by weight. Great for people conscious of their environmental footprint. large range, quality goods. Definitely bring a (or two, or ten) jar along and stock up!

I wish the source bulk foods would branch out to Bairnsdale! Great place if you ship in bulk and want quality.

Had a brilliant experience today at The Source Burwood Brickworks - Samantha was a wealth of knowledge, gave us some great ideas and was super personable to boot. Meeting her was a real treat. As a long term believer in lowering our environmental impact, it is great to find places that meet this ethos along with exceptional care and service. If you like an A grade experience and great products to choose from, you won't beat this store. We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great customer service, and a good variety of staples and treats from plain flour to dark chocolate macadamias, and even laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Love shopping here to reduce our household carbon footprint.

Using the baker's flour from the store to bake my first ever sourdough bread, and it was perfect! Thank you so much Richard for sharing his recipe and methods, they're so so helpful.

My favourite shopping experience! The team are always so friendly and warm. And always willing to help. A few months ago, the one lady (I think she is the manager) taught me how to make my own Fabric Softener with all the source ingredients (there is also a step by step guide on the instagram). Its been the best change and our clothes come out beautiful. Not only can you save so much money buying from the source but you are also doing your part to help out planet! And you get to do it all in a friendly and warm environment. Highly recommend shopping at the source! And think the people working there are just fantastic (which I have to say is consistent across all sources iv been to - VIC and NSW)

A fantastic place to shop package and plastic free. I bring my own containers and buy as little or much as I need. Produce is of great quality, one product that is really good is the chocolate coated almonds - so delicious! Apart from staples like flour, spices etc I refill my containers of oil, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent. I love this place.

My favourite store for grocery shopping. I love that you are able to get great quality pantry items in the volumes that you actually need! Whether it be 1/2 a cup or 2 kg of flour, without useless packaging. Really good quality gluten free flour as well.

Friendly service, and you can help the environment by shopping without disposable plastic packaging.
