A gem of a newsagent! My partner and I like to read quality international business journals like the MIT Technology Review, the Economist, the Harvard Business Review, etc - and this is the ONLY newsagent in this region that has a wonderful stock of really interesting journals. It's one of those precious little Bay St traders we should all support, as so few of them are left.

Always helpful and caring of my dad who frequently goes there - either to shop or collect/ exchange $2 coins.

Good selection of nick-nacks, beach toys and educational books. The service could be better, but I don't expect silver service from a news agency. The shop is located close to Coles, the bank and the Post Office on bay street. There isn’t much arming out the front, but most customers live close by, so walking would be the main mode of transport.
It’s also a handy shop for office supplies and picking up the weekly tattslotto ticket.

I had to pick up a parcel from this newsagency. I hope never to set foot in there again. I would normally not comment on rudeness have never been treated so rudely in my life as was the case. The young girl was fine but the older gentleman should not be in a customer service role. Hopefully the young employee has some more appropriate role models in her life.

Didn’t want to count my coins that I always use at lots of other shops to buy Tattslotto tickets. Told me to go somewhere else. Will be putting in a complaint with the Lott group. Coins are legal tender but I guess you can’t argue with the owner you simply have to leave. Don’t support him he obviously doesn’t want business.... karma will catch up with him.

Rude service, not willing to help. Meant to be a GoGet service provider and had no knowledge or was unable to support the process. Terrible, rude service
