One of the better Nandos we frequent, as the service and meals are consistent 👍

Had an amazing experience at this Nandos on 13/01/2024. We had a large group gathering celebrating a birthday. The staff were amazing and were not only attentive to our large group but also other customers that attended this restaurant. The manager, think his name was Rahn (apologies if I've got/spelt it wrong) led his team well and ensured that our food was provided in time and still hot...we didn't have to wait long at all though we ordered a huge amount of food and drinks. Thank you to the manager and staff that looked after us the night of 13/01/2024, you guys were absolutely great, you added to the birthday celebrations in the most positive way..thank you..definitely 5 stars or more😁👏👍

I don't normally post reviews but after my visit here this weekend on Saturday 10/2 still has me SMILING when I'm telling people my answer to "how was my weekend".
I usually come to this Nando's for lunch, chicken is always grilled perfect!! 🔥this time it was incrediblyyyy busy, I was told about a wait time 15-20 (which I was totally happy with considering there was only 4 working)
I could hear the staff encourage each other between doing a billion things to drink water, if they are okay and then the girl with tattoos with 2 colours in her hair (I believe she is the boss/manager here) cheering on the team. WOOO WE DID ITTT!! AWESOME JOB EVERYONE!! 💖 It was super wholesome to see. The team lit up and celebrate their victory 🙌🙌 I'm cheering for you too!! Thank you! Keep up the brilliant work Plaza crew.

Beautiful food, lovely staff, especially one of the staff (Brittany) she was extremely helpful, professional.
I would also like to thank the Managers that have been working when we have dined, they are the best!! 😀 Sooo kind.

Awesome atmosphere and good food. Service can take time depending on the number of customers. One of the best restaurants in the Northern suburbs.

An exquisite establishment with one of the best ambiences I have experienced in terms of internal decor for a franchise. An atmospheric experience to indulge in. Superb. Service and meals were also of the highest quality considering there were only 4 staff members work. Fantastic.

Absolutely love the decor of this place and the music also they serve delicious Peri Peri chicken, had the wrap and chips, also Coleslaw absolutely delicious. Large variety of drinks excellent service. Will go again.

Wow must say the customer service we received from a worker named Josif was absolutely outstanding, true kindness, respect & so helpful, true meaning of customer service. The food he had also made was perfectly well presented & Devine. We Will definitely eat here again on Sunday & hopefully get served by Josif again to have such a good experience. Well done Josif restaurants need more workers like you.

Food was good as always but the service was excellent. We were received with a beautiful staff Britney, who took her time to discuss the menus while taking orders. She was so warm and welcoming. 5☆ for her service and excellent customer service...love to come back to this good food and awsome customer service 😀

Food as always was great.
Courteous service.
But cleanliness and hygiene is very very poor.
The floor was so sticky and dirty..
The tables were so sticky...
The sofas are so badly torn and tattered......
The toilets very dirty..
And the wash hand basin was clogged and disgusting...the standing water and food floating around which probably people rinse their mouths after eating was a sight for sore eyes...so sad and disappointing.
Initially this place use to be so clean and such a pleasure to visit...

Loved it. Came here for lunch and it was quiet and not too busy. As we eat halal food, they assured us that they can prepare it separately. We really appreciated that. Lovely food, service and great atmosphere

Management saved my sanity! Ordered on the app and didnt realise I selected another nandos restaurant instead. Instead of staff saying go pick it up from where u ordered, they saw I was struggling with my 2 toddlers and I had the worst day already. They were so polite and helpful and helped with my order. They ended up making it for me and calling the other place to fix it all up. Im so so grateful because this type of service is rare nowadays. So thank you for helping me. You have no idea how you turned my day around

Good food . The sauce is just a chef's kiss. Also a good portion of chips as a side. You may have to wait on a busy day for like 15-20 min

I had the pleasure of dealing with Marko and Daniel who diligently served us with the utmost best of care. The chips were fresh and crispy, Paella cooked with perfection and the supremo wrap was absolutely amazing! Good to see theres people out there that still care about making their customers the companies no.1 priority!

Incredible service - could not ask for better people to greet us on arrival and bring our food out. Food was also freshly, tasty and speedy. My fave Nando’s by far - purely because of the incredible team here

Food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! My friends and I were served by Josif and were extremely thankful for his hospitable and positive attitude, which made our experience that much better! The atmosphere is incredible as well, and I'll definitely be going back soon!
