The Salvation Army Ulverstone Thrift Shop

Such a fantastic shop, head and shoulders the best op shop I've EVER visited. The Staff are all so kind & friendly, the prices unbeatable, the shop kept nice and clean & well stocked, and I happily drop in weekly. Because of these reasons it's now the place I drop off all my donations too. Keep up the great work everyone!!! 10/10

Luv, luv, luv, this shop! We make a special trip each fortnight from wynyard just to come over to this op-shop. Not only are their prices great, an added bonus is the staff and volunteers, friendly, helpful, and always cheerful.

I would go as far as to say best op shop in Australia.. As they are cheaper than any other op shop they have great turn over.. Its all donated so should be cheap.. Alot of these shops have lost the plot..

Where do I start I love opp shopping and finding a good bargain. This store would have to be my up most favourite shop of them all. $1 clothing now you can not beat that anywhere else across the north west coast. Four books for a $1 now where else can you buy them at that price. Everything is affordable for the lowest of low income earners. The manager is one of the nicest and helpful person iv come across always welcomes you with a smile and a friendly hello. The staff are always ready to help you in any way they can. They shop is always fully stocked ready for its eager shoppers. 😊

Went in to have a browse, found a great bargain in the store. And they have an amazing range of stuff, from furniture, name brand clothes for bargin prices, kitchen utensils, electronic gear all tested and made sure they work. Fantastic and friendly staff who are amazing and can have a laugh with. Definitely will come back here to shop in the future. Recommending to my friends and family,

Very good op shop, better pricing than typical Salvos. Quite organised and comfortable to browse around. $1 clothes, many different items such as furniture and books.

Extremely well organised and one of the better appointed op shops in the area (larger), including: a massive complement of books; homes wares and haberdashery eg picture frames; sheets and towels, furniture; crafts materials eg wool, paints, buttons, thread etc; kids toys; bags and sporting goods eg hockey sticks, cricket bats and tennis racquets etc; and the usual assortment of clothing and shoes. Friendly staff/ volunteers.

Excellent bargains, fantastic staff, especially the man that works at front counter, my Granddaughter loves seeing him there, very friendly place.
