The Happy Pet Place

Crystal is one of the best staffs I have ever had at a pet shop in Perth. She is very knowledgeable and patient. With her help, I got a pair of beautiful pet rats. Will definitely come again.

The Happy Pet Place have super helpful staff and are really well stocked. They are one of the few places with mice and rats available to buy and their enclosures are always clean and never smelly.

So nice to visit a pet store that really cares for the pets in their care. Large clean enclosures for all the animals and get lots of love from the attendants, there's always one staff member giving a pet a cuddle when I visit, or going round giving treats. As a result they produce happy, healthy pets at a reasonable price, and not backyard breeder products. So much variety, bit more on the pricey side but I'm more than happy to pay that knowing that I'm supporting a small local business that actually cares for animals! Love visiting this shop! They have everything we could ever need for our various pets, are super friendly and helpful, with prices that rival the large impersonal franchises.

All the staff were so helpful today. 3 of the young ladies in store offered help, advice and info from their personal experience with caring for fish. I was genuinely impressed with how passionate they were about customer interaction and of course the fish. I didn't have time to purchase anything today but will be back and will recommend. Always friendly, prices are reasonable and they take suggestions on things to stock which because they are locally owned and aren't dictated on what to stock by a national body there's an actual chance of them getting it in.

If it's pet related. This is the only place to go for all your pet needs from great dains to a fish. They have EVERYTHING

Simply outstanding. As a lover of animals for nearly 50 years, this is now my one stop shop for all my needs. The staff are amazing. Andy, in particular, goes well above and beyond to ensure you receive quality goods at an excellent price. I cannot recommend The Happy Pet Place highly enough. I received an order of 20 live aquarium plants yesterday that were correctly and carefully packed. They arrived fresh and my fish are very grateful. Good old fashioned customer service at its finest.

By far the best pet shop I’ve been into, super helpful people. It’s locally owned and operated and this means they have some different brands and stock compared to the big chain stores. They helped us change to a WA based dog food that is way fresher and healthier than the previous type we used.

Got Washable pet nappies here for Bella. They are huge, have good products, service and a selection of cats, birds, fish and stick insects to name a few. Good service as well.

Very friendly staff with a good array of cat (and probably dog) stuff. One of the stockists of frozen meat for cats. Easy to park.

Love “The Happy Pet Place”, have only been 3-4 times but everyone there is so friendly, I won’t go anywhere else now. Had my cats new address tags printed and was able to look at the kittens while I waited. Just a nice place with really lovely people.☺

My dog's favourite shop. He gets excited when we pull into the carpark because he's going to get lots of pets and treats from the staff.

I visited this afternoon with my new puppy Roy. I received excellent help from the knowledgeable team, and they had a great product range.

I was happy with their service. I purchased a dog house and the only one left was the display which the employee (presume he may be the owner) gave me a discount and even delivered to my house as it was too big to fit in the car free of charge. I would go there again. I felt like i was looked after.
