Port Hedland Golf Club

Port Headland Golf Club has a small area out the side to fit a few caravans with power and water at $35/n in October. The grounds are fairly level but just dirt. It is dog 🐕 friendly, and you can walk your dogs off leash on the golf course so long as you clean up after them, of course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar is open at certain times when there are patrons, and they serve good meals and nice cold drinks on a Friday night between 6-8pm at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this place for a couple of nights stay whilst checking out Port Headland.

Best regional golf course on the west coast. Sand greens but the tees and fairways are lush green. Quite a good challenge with the afternoon winds. Great bar and prices, will definitely be back!

Highly recommend. Sandy so friendly and accommodating as campground was almost full. Stayed Fri night. Delicious fish and chips. Bonus was our dog was welcome and allowed to walk on the course.

Great place to unwind after a swing or a 12 hour shift. The relaxed attitudes of helpful staff create a therapeutic atmosphere. Its nice to have green fairways to chase a ball down instead of Ore trains down a red corridor.

What a lovely little Club with the most beautiful & well tended green fairways. Have turf at the greens.
This club shows pride ... the staff while hard working are all extremely friendly and welcoming.
Camping has some powered spots but no grass ... that's all on the course haha.
Great fish and chip nite on Friday which seemed well supported by the locals.
Loved our couple of nights here, with thanks to Sandy and the rest of the crew.

Thank you to the Club for this great spot. $20 a night no power. $30 w power. Only 2 powered sites. Caretaker friendly, we enjoyed our stay!

Be early for camping as you can’t book. Good value. Friendly helpful staff. Facilities inside with key for o/n use.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. We had power and water all that matters while travelling with 2 small dogs. Lucky enough to have a shaded sight that makes a difference. The staff were friendly plus we could let our dogs off for a run on the golf course greens. Ammenities were spotless.

Great place to park your van up for a couple days while you visit Hedland surrounds.
Clean showers and toilets.
Only a couple of powered sites.

Stayed here last year and decided to stay again. What a gem ideal place not over crowded and Sandy is just perfect for our host here will definitely stay again.

Alright place. Showers were fine, and the water very fresh and nice.
Don't try and sneak into here after dark. If you're discovered you'll be charged double the normal rate!

Nothing startling but a great stopover for $15 ..i thought i may have to fly out ..great service golf club well done

A good course & the 19th on a Friday night with fish & chips is unbeatable.
