Beautiful chairs but loses points for my purchasing experience. Initially misquoted and sold the wrong chairs, followed by a lot of drama when trying to get the right chairs. Not offered any discount despite the run around and multiple trips to the warehouse in Thomastown. The guys in the warehouse were fantastic and super helpful, I cannot fault them at all. Just a stressful experience.

Whilst we love the chairs we purchased and that they are great.. ...

alhough extremely disappointed with the service received...specifically around the pricing of stock to the showroom floor.

Although we purchased the chairs online and were happy to pay for delivery to our home ... I feel as if it sounds very counter intuitive that an organisation would charge a fee to a customer to get the stock on the floor from the warehouse.

Unfortunately I don't buy the excuse I was given that the chairs are priced so cheap that they need to charge $33 to get them on the floor..

Retail customers have an expectation to purchasing something without bring charged to have it delivered to the Retail store ...

This is very poor 😢
