Rolla's Jeans

I had a great experience here today with a super welcoming sales assistant. I was really dreading buying jeans but she was so helpful! Bought two pairs, will be back.

A massive thank you to Kendra for helping me out today, she was understanding, patient, very polite, and an asset to the store.

Love my Rolla’s Jeans cord shirts, but really sad about the hemp ones. The first two I purchased both developed holes under the arms after one use. Great of Rolla’s to let me return them and replace with new shirts – one of which was another hemp shirt (thought I’d try again, and be extra careful with the washing). Absolutely love this shirt, looks so good and so nice to wear on a hot day. But disappointingly, like the others it’s developed holes under the arms – after about four wears. This is despite washing it inside out, in a delicates bag, on the (cold) delicates cycle, with delicates detergent, by itself. And then hang drying indoors, and cool ironing. Think I’ll just throw this one out as the receipt is long gone. Best avoid the Rolla’s hemp shirts would be my advice, stick to the cord which is great.

Had really disappointing and judgemental service here. Went in to figure out my size in jeans as I've always loved the brand but was treated coldly and rudely by both staff.

After saying that the length of the jeans were a bit long was advised that " most of the jeans here would be too long for you". It's not up to any staff in clothing stores to impart any kind of opinion like that to any customer. I felt immediately judged and looked down upon when i heard that.

When I went to the counter to pay for my tshirt was advised to try another store if I wasn't a "Rollas girl". Some shop assistants just have way too much ego for their own good. Spare yourself the humiliation and go somewhere else instead.
