After a lifetime of hating my nose, rhinoplasty was always something I considered doing. Once doing some research, I would get too anxious and opt out. This was a cycle I followed for years on years until I discovered Dr Imani.

To say my recovery was a breeze would be an understatement. I had MINIMAL pain, swelling, bruising or bleeding. I could breathe through my nose from the moment I woke up, which I was not expecting! Amazing Doctor and Service! Very happy with the whole process and outcome. I booked in for a rhinoplasty in 2022 and I found Dr. Imani extremely professional, reassuring and worth the price. I understand that he might be on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to pricing, however you do pay for what you get.

With my procedure I had NO pain post-op and didn't even need the pain medication. I had extremely little bruising or swelling, in fact my nose looked normal post-op even with the swelling while it healed. The scar isn't noticeable at all - you wouldn't even know I had an operation. The end result is perfect AND my nose looks natural and beautiful.

If I ever want more procedures in the future, I won't waste time looking for a doctor, I'll just head straight to Dr.Imani.

Dr. Imani from start until my last check up has been nothing but the best. I was not an easy case due to sporting accidents resulting in over a dozen breaks to my nose, as well as being born with a Hemangioma on my right side of my nose. I went in wanting as straight as possible and to be able to breath, I am more than happy with my results I have been waiting my whole life for such a beautiful nose and Dr. Imani has given me exactly that. I woke up from surgery feeling amazing no more congested than I was before surgery and in no pain at all the whole time I was recovering with minimal bruising and swelling which I believe reflects on how amazing Dr. Imani is as a surgeon. I had a badly deviated septum (broken nose) which as an athlete made it hard to breathe. Suffered with bad sleep apnea that hindered my recovery. Now I wake up with no groggy head ache and feel refreshed and can sleep less hours with better quality. Overall have better wellbeing. Couldn’t recommend this more if you’re having problems.

I work as a cosmetic nurse and being in this industry, I have to say Dr Imani is a master of his craft. I chose him as my surgeon after researching many doctors worldwide. Just about to turn 60 years old, my face was really showing all the signs of aging- fine and deep wrinkles, saggy skin, jowling, heavy eyelids and an enlarged nose (that for some God forsaken reason just kept getting fatter and thicker as the years went by). My neck was a disaster zone- saggy, lax, crepey skin just falling all over the place, giving me a mini goitre look that I did not find attractive. I am a fit and active women, who still possesses a great body, but that face needed a major reboot. My old face just didn't match my younger looking fitter body and youthful attitude to life.

I could not be more pleased and absolutely amazed at the beautiful results of my facelift. I look easily 20 years younger, like I did when I was 40 years old. I am a former Registeted Nurse who had the pleasure of working with Dr Imani in operating theatre at Royal Perth Hospital, many years ago when he was just starting out. I entered into the surgery well aware of the procedure and the possible complications, and have kept a realistic approach to the process along the way. Being realistic has helped make the journey easier for me, and to be completely honest, I felt no pain in my face or neck after the surgery, just tightness in my neck and the inconvenience of the face sling at night. My back was sore after the long full day surgery, and so I found sleeping difficult (I'm also a side sleeper so sleeping on my back was hard) The ointments that needed to be applied to the skin post laser made my hair greasy and gave me a few pimples. Small problems for such big surgery. Washing the blood out of my hair on day 5 was not as hard as I expected it to be and made me feel instantly better from that day forward. The first 3 days are the most tiring. I kept the face sling on 24/7 for 5 days, then took it off to shower and go out in public, and so I could wash the sling (it does get very greasy from the ointments) I will keep it on at night for another week.

One bit of advice- I am a physically fit woman, walking an hour three times a week on the treadmill, cycling, walking around the river on Sundays, able to jog for 4 kilometres. I do believe being as fit as possible has made the whole surgery journey easier for me and helped with the healing process. If you are able, do try to get in as good a shape as possible before your surgery to give the very good and talented Doctor Imani a bit of a helping hand with your recovery process.

Have received Botox for a terrible neck spasm I’ve had for a couple of years following surgery & radiotherapy to the area. I cannot express in words how much relief I’ve experienced as a result. Very thankful to Dr Imani for his easy approach to this treatment.
