Annabel was great, polite and professional. Pointed out an option of collecting suitcases instead of rolling them in the heat, and then opened the door on my return to make it easier to exit.

Small things make a big difference to your experience. Was appreciated after an exhausting flight.

fast and easy rental, not complicated at all, the staff is very friendly and helpful
picking up the vehicle takes usually about 5 min, returning just 10 sec 👍😊

Been coming up here for over half a decade and the Port Hedland AVIS team have always done a great job!

Left items behind by accident and they have either safely kept them aside for me (if I request) or actually send it back to my Perth address if I need to!

Extremely hard to understand the English as call centre overseas

Rude staff, failed to honour a third party booking, incredibly unhelpful and resistant to exploring how I could resolve the issue. I walked across the road and hired another vehicle with another company who were incredibly friendly and helpful. very stressful experience

The phone customer service is non-existent. If you call AVIS, you will be transferred to a village in the middle of no where in Philippines (based on the accent). You can barely hear the other person on the other end talk. All I could hear was chickens clucking non-stop in the background and line cutting in and out. In the end the line got cut off before I could even make any progress.

As always it takes 20 mins to pick up a car. No details saved from last time, IT systems that are 20 years old, tons of manual entry. You’d think you’re trying to buy a house and not just rent a car for the day
